I ended up with a subscription instead…

I ended up with a subscription instead of a week trial of body/styling which I thought I purchased, and did not realise it was an online fashion shopping app with style advice.
They were very prompt and obliging in cancelling the subscription and acknowledging the problem of online shopping for people who are not standard sizing

The explanations of proportions and cut…

The explanations of proportions and cut of clothing were great. The color schemes were not always colors I feel flatter me. Grays do not flatter my skin and dark brown is not a color that is good near my face. But I do appreciate the teaching of proportions as I am a petite woman.

It is nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. No one answers the phone number and I have tried repeatly to cancel but am still being billed every month. Beware before signing up!!

I had to cancel my subscription today after getting a reminder that my free trail was expiring tomorrow, a reminder that I truly appreciated! I got a prompt response from Alex at Lumi who assured me that my cancellation was taken care of. Lumi is certainly a wonderful company. It just wasn’t right for me.

Terrible!!

Terrible!!! Do not by any product from this company unless you are 100% sure that you will not have to return it. My item took around 2 months to get, so I placed a dispute with my credit card that I did not get the item. The next week it showed up so I called the credit card back to say it was ok, but they had to wait for the company to respond.This was all taken care of, but I wanted to return the item because at this point it was too late to use. I kept on them for almost 9 months and they kept saying I had to remove the dispute or they could not give me the 50% refund as they said they would. I even sent a letter from the credit card company stating it was resolved many months ago. The last and final message today said it had been to long and they could not credit my item! NEVER purchase from this place unless you are loaded and can lose your money if you don't get or want the item.
