Stay away from this company. We placed an order two months ago, paid twice, and still no shipment or tracking number. Very disappointing service. Warning: Stay away! This is a scam!

Good selection in all price ranges, but they sold a fixture that was too fragile and easily breakable without a warning, and then had no replacement part. They were selling the product at 50% discount but with no notice of the extreme fragility. The fastener to hold the lamp shade in place was made of thin glass, which immediately broke when misthreaded. I found a substitute fastener from another lighting company.

I placed an order on Lumique.fr and exercised my legal right of withdrawal within the allowed timeframe.

I promptly provided all requested photos and information to their customer service.
Despite this, I received no response for several days, leaving me uncertain about the status of my refund.
When they finally replied, they demanded a return to China, with extremely high shipping costs and no guarantee of refund. I repeatedly asked for a solution compliant with European consumer law, but my emails were ignored.

This is completely unacceptable behavior for any business claiming to operate in Europe. I am sharing my experience to warn other customers about their unprofessional and untrustworthy practices.
I am still awaiting a clear written response and a proper solution.
I remain open to a fair resolution, but nothing has been offered yet.

De problems with missing part of my order where properly and professionally handled

This is a perfect led ceiling light with minimalistic look. Comes with remote control, has dimming option and change color temperature across grades. Installed it just today, don't know yet how long it will last (installed it jan 2026). Looks bright enough for my living room of 25sqm but the light doesn't reach the corners of the room though. For me its not really a negative point. My living room has a chic look with this lighting now. I would give it 4.8/5 rating.

Of all the company's that I have dealt with during my time in France, Luminaire.Fr is with out doubt number 1.
Customer communication is key and Luminaire excel. Overall their customer service is exemplary.
Bravo!

Easy to return the product and fast payback.
Only one bad new : package was too big for many collect points and it is not easy at all to find the right place that accept to take it. I had to complain to Luminaire.fr and they found the place for me to return my light.
Everything is ok now !

Top prices and bottom service. You made me buy saying 10 BD days delivery and I had to argue with customer service to have at least 1 of the 2 items shipped after 1 month. The other one is still delayed, I requested a refund and still have heard nothing. Will never buy again from this website and will share my experience with family and friends
