The solaire lamps arrived earlier than expected. They are as advertised… possibly better ( only time will tell in relation to the solar panel /rechargeable battery. For now though, I am ‘wowed’. The only question , for me, is, is this a durable solar lantern and ‘quality product’? I hope so. I will let you know. Right now though, it is pretty stunning ….

Terrible, delivered the wrong lamps , complicated to return the wrong lamps and still not received the correct lamps . Never again ( happened twice on a total of three orders )

Great lighting consultation service
We recently got a lighting consultation with Gavin for our home renovation. He called to the house and helped us to decide how to layout the lighting to maximise function in each room. He gave us some great ideas for strip lighting to highlight feature stone walls and was always at the end of the phone for guidance when needed. Gavin and the rest of the Luminaire team have all been so helpful whenever we've needed advice. We're delighted with the service overall 😊

I received 2 out of 3 broken glass…
I received 2 out of 3 broken glass shades on the lamp that I purchased, im very happy that these shades cannot be replaced!!
I’m very happy with the plafonnier lights but very disappointed with the broken shades.The lights are upon my ceiling minus two shades.
The package was inadequately packed, there was nothing on the package to say that there was glass or even fragile.
