Never received the packages, not sent out.
Purely scam company!

This company is a scam company I ordered my lights and tried several times to get my goods they replied saying we are not a scam company and will refund you on your original payment
A month on nothing !!
Looking at the reviews seems I'm not alone

This company is a hoax! Pleeeease do not pay for products through their website. Multiple emails and no response except one "Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order.

They should be taken off instagram and all other sales platforms NOW!

Just like everybody else - total scam. I only wish I had the sense to search this 'company' before making a purchase. I guess we get used to dealing with companies that have integrity and we forget that there are companies and individuals who are nothing but disgusting scum. Does anybody know how they can be removed from Instagram?

I placed an order on the 10th of March, an order of, to be exact, 89,95€
I have not yet received this order. I have placed MANY MANY complaints. I have contacted you though ALL possible ways and I have received no response. This whole company, you guys are just a HUGE swindle, fraud, scam...... I do not know how to keep calling it. PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

I can only repeat the other reviews.
My original order was made and acknowledged on the 5th March 2025 with a further email on the 11th March saying 'shipment on its way'. Nothing arrived.
Since then I have tried contacting Luminasonic and received this reply on the 22nd March:

We want to extend our sincere apologies for the delay in processing your recent order. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
Due to an unexpected surge in orders, our team has been working tirelessly to fulfill each request promptly for the past two weeks.
Please note that your order # is currently included in the batch being processed.
Your order will be expedited for shipment, and you can expect to see a movement in your tracking number within 3-4 business days from now. We are also taking steps to prevent such delays in the future.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your understanding.
Thank you for your continued support."

Nothing after that despite me trying to contact them again by email on the 2nd April 2025.
DO NOT RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY - IT APPEARS TO BE A FRAUDULENT SCAM!!

Unfortunately got scammed as well. Order never received. Dont order from this company, they will take your money but you will never see your product.

Goods never received.

It’s been a month and they haven’t even shipped my lights. I’m happy I didn’t spend much there. They are barely responsive over email and only sent two generic responses all this time.

By this point, I do not expect to receive the lights as I am convinced they are scammers.

Card payment got declined thank goodness.
Bank fraud department stopped payment advised us these lot are a scam.

Order never arrived despite many follow ups.i suggest you don’t fall for the ads of this company. This is a complete scam.

Order never received, unanswered emails and DM, deleted comments - a complete scam!!!

It took a bit to get it (almost a month), but it's what i expected, if not even better!

I purchased a plug from an advertisement via Instagram. The plug was advertised with a 3 in plug. I went ahead and bought the plug and put in the details for a shipment to Ireland. I didn't notice the drop down menu for a UK or EU plug. It was set to a EU 2 pin plug. So unfortunately when the plug arrived it was the wrong plug for my 3 pin socket. I got on to customer service and they responded that the error was my behalf and would not accept the return/exchange of the plug. I have since reviewed the return/exchange policy (to which they have recently updated to include errors on purchases of the wrong plug). The return/refund policy basically highlights that they do not accept ANY form of returns regardless if the product is in perfect condition. The company is a scam and would encourage everyone to save their money and go elsewhere!!

Customer service is really poor - would not recommend buying on this site
