To be honest. The items that I received are in perfect condition and I am happy about that. I thought this site was a scam as I ordered already before I read the negative reviews.
The downside is the shipping takes a month as it comes from China.

Be aware of the 30 day 'not our problem' return/refund details. They sent out a faulty item but won't do anything about it because I realised 2 weeks too late. Very bad customer service.

3 months and still haven't received my order. Apparently arrived at a distribution centre 20 miles away mid-Dec but no update since. Customer service said they are in contact with distributor but can't name said distributor.

Seems like a scam and claim legitimacy by using Shopify. Scam companies like this shouldn't be able to use their platform imo

Scam, lights not as described, and then state returns policy doesn’t cover

I ordered on November 6th 2024 and Today, January 26th 2025 I still have not received my Order. I lost over 90.- EURO and I‘m very upset. I sent several Mails. Just got an answer ONCE, but without a Solution. So now I have no money and no merchandise.

Completely scam!! Sent a product that never worked. I reached out at.least for a replacement. They made me make a video to prove the malfunction 3 times!! And then they stopped responding even though I contacted them repeatedly!! A complete scam and robbery of your money....

I was sent a light which didn't connect with a UK adaptor due to its poor design. I asked for a refund and an after several ridiculous responses, including asking for a video as proof, I was told that my socket is at fault. This of course is a nonsense. They have NO intention of refunding my money.
I strongly advise against buying from this company.

IT`S A SCAMMMMMM

AVOID - I ordered my Luminasonic many weeks ago and it still hasn’t turned up. There are plenty of alternatives elsewhere that will actually deliver. Very poor customer communication, a terrible company with no apparent ability to fulfil orders.

I placed my order on Oct. 19th 2024 and payed by ApplePay. I received a shipment notification few days later, that was followed by an ApplePay notification that the package was "return to sender". Multiple e-mails later (answering "I will check with my manager"), I got 3 mails asking me to write a review about the product! I wrote an e-mail saying I had never received it and, in Nov. 11th, I was told that the package was on its way to their warehouse and "We will re-ship the order back as soon as it arrives at the warehouse". Nothing yet, after 1,5 months of waiting. Still no specific answer from the customer service.

I cant give a true rating of this company as the most basic checks including my very efficient anti virus protection stopped me luckily from even going to their website. A quick review search brought me here and the dozens and dozens of reviews showing the company as a scam. The most basic check should be contact detail address for a company they have none. Avoid at all cost.

I placed my order 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. Lots of emails sent, various excuses in response, no reply to most recent email. If I receive anything I’ll update review but seems like a scam at this point.

Ordered from Luminasonic TWICE and only received one product after I had to complain the first time. To make matters worse, I had to reach out to them more than 10 times, and all I ever got was the same standard, useless response. This company is a complete scam. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand, but it’s clear now they have no intention of delivering what they promise. Avoid at all costs! Don’t waste your time or money like I did.

Don’t buy from this company.
I purchased 2 lights 1 of which was flicking as soon as it was charged and installed.
Upon reaching out to the company for a replacement, I was met with an endless barrage of questions and instructions which I followed but it become obvious they were clearly designed to delay the process and they never intended to replace the faulty item.

This company operates under deceptive practices, effectively scamming customers with subpar, non-functional products and employing stalling tactics to avoid accountability. I strongly advise against purchasing from them. Save your time, money, and frustration—avoid this company at all costs.

Cant believe i didnt check the reviews before ordering. Initially, i loved them. But the third evening of using them, they arent working. The brightness is almost completely gone and its just a dim little light. Waste of money.

I don’t actually understand these negative reviews. I read them before they arrived yesterday (admittedly after a long wait, hence 4 stars) and was expecting to be scammed - but they’re actually exactly what I expected and do the job well. The quality seems pretty good too. No complaints.

This company is a scam, DO NOT BUY anything from them. I ordered lights over 6 weeks ago. I sent an e-mail to their customer service who said they would go out in the next batch. I still did not receive the lights. I have sent multiple e-mails that have not been answered. I'm going to report this company to the Ombudsman in the UK. This company are stealing money from people, its disgraceful.

Scam! I got an email that shipment is on the way and then few days later that the shipment was sent back. No reason why.
I guess there never was any shipment.

Terrible quality. Return impossible.

I am Ana Maria Torra and I wrote a bad review for this company on the second October. Actually three days later I received what I had purchased some time before. It was delivered all right and the product was what I had bought. As I do not know how to retrieve my last opinion about them (based more on fear than on actual facts, I confess), I want to let you know that. after all, their service fulfilled my expectations totally and I give them credit for that. After what I considered a reasonable time for the delivery, I had got nervous and impatient. It was a happy ending, fortunately :-)
