Ii received an email stating my renewal…

Ii received an email stating my renewal for Lumineorganic Magnesium had processed and was being sent. I still had 3 bottles left. I sent an email and heard right back stating the order was not sent and would be refunded shortly. Thankyou for such prompt service.

Great customer service

I placed an order without checking delivery times and when I did I realised my order would not arrive before my holiday. I contacted customer service and they immediately cancelled my order and issued a refund

I have just made my first order and…

I have just made my first order and accidentally started a subscription..raised it with the admin team and they replies quickly and promptly cancelled the subscription. Very good service! If this is the start, I am super excited to try the product!!

This company is crap

This company is crap, first they sent me a knock off product of what I ordered. When I emailed, I got the run around for weeks. Canceling the subscription is near to impossible, hell they just responded to my email... from 5 months ago. Run.

I have not received my product yet so…

I have not received my product yet so I'm not sure if I will like it or not or continue to use it. I reached out asking if it was possible to adjust the auto shipping and if not then I would cancel and they went ahead and canceled the auto ship so that was confusing. Now I don't know if I am still receiving the order I originally paid for. I have not received a refund and I still don't have my product.

I requested a refund after the two…

I requested a refund after the two month trial period, per their 100% guarantee refund if dissatisfied. I kept getting the runaround and they eventually stopped responding to my inquiry emails. I never received my refund. Absolutely horrible customer service.
