Order came quickly. Only problem was I got another order. There is a box for a subscription that is already ticked. I didn't notice it do emailed customer service and got a chap called Zarlash. He said it has been taken off the subscription box. I thanked him. Fingers crossed he did.

Quality product and really simple order and shipping process.

I reached out in Feb several times to cancel my order. They would reach back to me randomly weeks later but never cancel my subscription. I specifically asked for refunds. Never happened. The have sent me and charged me for 6 bags of aged garlic within a 2 month span. Yet I requested a cancellation prior. I’ve asked for a refund. Still nothing. Today they sent me an email apologizing yet no refund. They even had the audacity to ask me to do a review and specifically asked me to say how wonderful their customer service was. It was NOT. I’m still waiting for my refund. Buyer beware

Customer service is great and the follow up is excellent. If I could make a recommendation it would be to offer pricing without a commitment to a subscription. A subscription works when you see results and want to continue!

I have repeatedly reached out to LUMINE ORGANICS regarding my one time purchase of their whitening mouthwash. They have my purchase on a subscription monthly refill that I did not authorize. I have three times tried to reach this company to no avail on their end and they have yet to cancel this order/ subscription.

The product was sent and received. Their follow-up and service are excellent. I trust it works for you.

I made an order just to see if the product was OK for me.then had a message saying I had signed up for a subscription which I didn't do I contacted the customer service team and they responded very quick and sorted it out for me they have reasured me that they will not gain any more payments from My account I will keep you updated but I am confident that the matter is resolved

Excellent product and prompt delivery

I love using the Magnesium Complex. It has really helped me with not getting cramps in my legs at night.It also gives me a more peaceful sleep. I take one in the morning and one two hours before bed. I ordered the three bottles for the discount.I just wish they would change the auto ship then to every two months. I reached out to customer service and they canceled my membership upon my request until I use the six bottles I have. I will order again when I catch up.

Easy to order and quality product. Customer service was efficient when I contacted them to resolve a subscription issue. I will be ordering again.

I can say its waste of money and time they dont deliver and when you use your card to pay they make you suscribe everymonth your money goes to them

I started taking this due to sagging skin and dull hair. My skin on my legs looks like it did 10 years ago. I had a picture and was able to compare. My hair is thicker and my nails have stopped being so brittle.i will be ordering more as soon as I start to use last bottle. I’ve been using about a month now.

The product is actually improving the look of my skin, despite my scepticism. It's not looking so tired as it's less saggy and lined. My hair and nails look and feel stronger too. My neck and hands are still looking at bit tired, but hopefully will improve in time.
The order took a while to get to me, but did arrive in good condition.

Unfortunately this company is a scam. I worked that out when there was no way to unsubscribe the subscription I didn’t actually approve. I’ve had to cancel my credit card as a result.

I had an issue with an order. The response from Lumine was very fast and professional. I only had to contact them once to have the issue resolved. Please note it was NOT an issue with the product, just a problem with the order process.

Just contacted them to help with an order that I was receiving monthly and my problem was taken care of immediately.
