I requested a refund after the two month trial period, per their 100% guarantee refund if dissatisfied. I kept getting the runaround and they eventually stopped responding to my inquiry emails. I never received my refund. Absolutely horrible customer service.

This was a terrible experience so buyer beware! Trying to contact ANYONE at all to cancel your subscription is a nightmare. I will not be making this mistake again. READ REVIEWS CAREFULLY!

This company should be avoided at all costs. They are not being transparent with their operations. Never received the product and denying a refund. Buyer beware.

Good customer service! Really appreciated quick responses. Giving 3 starts because I was not able to easily access my account to unsubscribe, nor did I know I had a subscription, and somehow managed to rack up over 100$ worth of charges. I recommend everyone reads the fine print!

Misleading, was signed up for a subscription unknowingly, and was charged multiple times after email confirming to cancel it. Feels like a scam.

I accidentally ended up on a subscription, as soon as I realized my error, I contacted Lumine Organics and they immediately cancelled my subscription status and I will now order myself as needed. Very good customer relations and quick to respond.

I placed an order for a supplement on Automatic Monthly time frames. I had some difficulties ending it but Customer Service quickly stepped in to assist and solved my problem.

The customer service team is very responsive.. I ordered three bottles and didn't realize I was on a monthly subscription. When I shared with them I needed to cancel the subscription so I can see if this formula is working for me, they immediately gur back to me and accommodated my request.
