Do not buy anything from this company.
Long delivery, sub standard and not fit for purpose products and very poor customer service.
Buy from them at your peril!

Bought a digital notebook from them online, took nearly a month to deliver. I didn't want the product but they insist that because it's in transit, refund cannot be issued at that stage. When I finally received the ridiculous item, it came with no instructions whatsoever. Despite informing them, all they did was apologise and tried to offer a small refund. I refused. They said they'd be happy to send instructions (that never sent). How ridiculous. Kept offering discount for me to keep the £132.50 junk but I refused. Sent it back to a China address that cost me £30.00. 2 weeks on, didn't hear. Emailed them only to he told that customs have it and courier won't release until I pay customs. Yeah jokers and scammers. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SUCH COMPANIES. THEY MIGHT CHANGE THEIR BUSINESS NAME BUT COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED AND SHUT DOWN. THIEVES

Completely ripped off by them. Ordered a vacuum and when it eventually arrived a cheap and nasty version was sent. They admit they sent the wrong item but insist I return it to China at my own expense before getting a refund. I've been offered a very paltry 15% refund and to keep the useless piece of junk. Awful company. I hope no-one else gets ripped off and have their money effectively stolen by them.

I just wish I could give this zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service, breaking promises, not responding to emails and essentially lying.

This is an appalling company. I ordered two sets of hiking poles as per their website (which was recommended by a top 5 walking poles review). I then had to wait so long for delivery that they package did not come in time for Xmas and I had to purchase hiking poles elsewhere. When the package did finally arrive from China, it contained only one pole, not the 2 sets (ie 4) that I ordered. They are now denying that it was sold as a pair and that they only sell it as a single unit (for £70!) despite the fact the website refers to “them, they” the whole way trough. They are also ignoring the fact that I actually bought two, so even if it was a single unit, I should have received two in the package whatever. They do answer emails but referred me to their “Senior team” a week ago and have heard nothing since. They are obfuscating, denying and avoiding and I am down by £140 as a result. Very poor company, and insisting I need to post the one pole back to China at my own expense if I want a refund even though I paid for 4 in total. Avoid at all costs.

Rate 0 to Minus. It is a scam. All purchasers/consumers should start chargebacks with their card issuers. I have been successful in my chargeback. The website needs to be removed and card payments blocked (with shopify) due to fraudulent nature.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Terrible delivery timelines, awful customer service and in the end, FAKE goods. And now the company insist I pay for the fake/poor quality goods to be returned to China(!) at my expense. What a joke

I ordered a Lumyy projector after reading a review on the top five projectors; no longer can be found. The quality was poor but the operation was terrible. I asked to return it to the London depo, I was told it had to be returned to China to get a refund. I did this and 2 months later have not received a refund. The support desk answers my emails but no sign of a refund.

Unfortunately I never read the reviews, I sent my hairdryer back but they are saying they never received it. It cost me £33.55 to return it. Please DO NOT buy anything from this company. They did not refund my money.

Awful rip off company. Avoid. Fake products and no chance of a refund. These people are the worst. They don’t give a sh1te about you.
And will smile while they take your money..

Never received ANY of my items. Customer service kept dodging my questions about the tracking. Offered a refund that I also never received, apparently they did not require my details to refund the money?
So down a couple hundred dollars and had to go purchase my daughter and granddaughter new Santa gifts. Not impressed

Ordered a telescope from this company. Quality awful, flimsy. Sadly never read reviews. Had to order another off amazon. Which was much better quality. Lumny telescope didnt even come with all the adapters it stated. Attempted to return awaiting there response

This is a scam! The website needs shutting down. My experience is the same as others. Please please read this and take note before ordering.

My experience with Lumyy has been extremely disappointing.
The products received , 2 projectors LumiCast K90, did not meet reasonable quality expectations. Despite providing photos and video evidence, the return process was made unnecessarily difficult.
Instead of honouring a full refund for faulty goods, I was offered only a 20% partial refund, or told to return the items to China at my own cost, which is unreasonable when the products are defective. Communication was slow and unclear, and some responses did not directly address my situation.
Based on my experience, the “easy returns” and customer service claims on the company’s website should not be relied upon. If something goes wrong with your order, resolving it may be far more difficult than advertised.
I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

Could I give it no stars? I ordered the Aerotech compact hiking poles at the beginning of December and then felt I'd made mistake when I looked at reviews. I contacted my bank but it was too late to cancel the payment. The "poles" arrived today - one with an extremely poor quality manicure set (The £30 free gift"?) The poles are batched ZHSHHE. I feel such a mug - please don't follow up the links when you search for eg the best compact hiking poles.

Scammers. They blamed Evri for losing my parcel. It’s been 3 months and no refund. This Lumy company was advertised on google as one of the best for ring door bells. What a joke, and a complete rubbish. Evri have told me the package was on its way back to them in October.
No refund. So someone is lying.
Avoid at all costs. RIP OFF!!!

This company is a scam. I never received my goods. Apparently they were delivered and left on the street. I didn’t agree to them leaving the parcel on the street. The customer service is so slow, they even got me to contact the delivery company, I feel it was a stalling tactic. I have not received my money back or the goods. Avoid this company at all costs.

Took forever to deliver items and they do not work. Only got the items after 5 weeks because I told them that they were scamming people, and they took offence saying they were a genuine company. They are NOT. Contacted them many times about returning the items. No reply. The website fools you into thinking, they are in the UK, they are actually based in China. I got diverted to this website when using supposedly experts who had reviewed the products I wanted to purchase. Have gone to my Bank to see if they can help get my money back.

Yes, I am another fool who fell for false marketing. Placed two orders. Tried to cancel immediately once I’d found real reviews but was told items had been shipped. Website says London based. Items shipped from China. Waited 5 weeks for items to arrive. return policy is a scam, postage back to China will be more than I paid for the Items.
30£ free gift was a nail manicure set worth 2 quid from Temu. 50£ shopping voucher never sent. Once they have your money it’s game over I’m afraid.
Avoid avoid avoid. Scam company. Cheap and nasty garbage.
