AeroTrek Hiking Poles - website gave the impression that they are a UK-based company, yet the tracking information shows the parcel is being shipped from China. The item has not arrived, and the tracking status has not changed since the order date.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Distance Selling Regulations, I am entitled to cancel the order as it has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe. I requested that they cancel my order immediately and issue a full refund of £63. I like many others should have checked Trust Pilot before buying the product. I feel rather silly.

I bought an LED mask off this website after reading an article online about the 10 best masks on the market. turns out they had wrote the article themselves and pushed it as an ad. When I realised this I read reviews on here and decided to try cancel my order which i did within the 2 hour timeframe they requested. they refused this by saying the order had already been dispatched and i would have to deal with the return once it arrived. upon arrival they have said i need to return it to china and cover the cost. this company pretends to be based in the UK and displays a UK address, typical dropshipping site. I have had multiple rounds of correspondence with them, they dont read emails and dont listen. I have ended up claiming a charge back with my CC provider and now they are emailing me asking to close the case down and offering 50% refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

What an absolute rip off & 100% money wasted! Over 3 weeks for delivery and straight out of the box I could see that it was a going to be bad. Poor brightness (18000 lumens - yeah right more like 2/3000), laggy interface, crashes when you try to run apps, HDMI connection is faulty...

I strongly recommend that you NOT use Lumyy.com, as they are clearly on the scam for as long as they can get away with it.

When is China going to stop this kind of dishonest trading behaviour? This is the last time I buy something (knowingly) from a Chinese seller as it seems often they are laughing at our gullibility!

EVERYTHING. I failed to check out this so called UK company. All I am doing is running around jumping through hoops. I cancelled but was told it had already been dispatched, lies, it was stated 4 in stock, lies. Please please don’t get scammed like me. I am 77 years young.

This was a complete scam, i ordered a student microscope for £120 after having been navigated there from a review site. However, after a couple weeks delivery, the item i received was not what was described. I contacted the supplier and they insisted it was and tried to offer me a partial discount (~8%) if i kept it. When i refused they offered 20% discount and 30% store credit, which i again obviously refused. I've sent the parcel back now, but it seems to be stuck in chinese customs waiting for them to pay a fee, so i guess they'll never refund me

I bought a StitchEase Pro 12 – Portable Electric Sewing Machine which advertised as the best machine for beginners. It was advertised at a SALE price of £99 down from £150 as it was given a 5star rating I bought it. It arrived after almost a month, but it is not the same machine as advertised, if fact the same machine in the UK you can buy for under £30! This site needs closing down it is definitely a SCAM site they mislead customers and charge you for the experience!!! Oh, they don't answer any form of contact they are criminals!

Ordered and then NOTHING. 10 days of nothing, so have cancelled order. Fully expect to have to do a credit card chargeback. English address and then when you track. Nothing happens. BUT Says coming from china. Goes to prove if a deal looks too good to be true. IT IS and a fake website gets you.

SCAM. Avoid this company. Lies all over the website. Address in London wrong. Cut and paste company info from another website. False Trust Pilot rating. Sadly I only realised this after placing order for a projector. Tried to cancel within 48 hours but wouldn’t action. Tracking information only updated after numerous email complaints. Originating in CHINA. Finally arrived yesterday and the plug is illegal (sealed unit, clover shape, fire risk etc). Disputing this with my bank and reporting to trading standards. Cannot believe they’re still trading.

Agree this company is a scam. I ordered a cordless Leaf Blower in September. Their website produced on Shopify implied reviews in broadsheet papers and a 4 star trust pilot rating. I was given false tracking information including saying it had arrived. Eventually the product was a cheap Nanwei blower. It had no CE ratings on unit or charger. No battery either. When this arrived later via Evri breaking their terms of carriage it had no CE rating either. Illegal to sell this product in UK

Fair dues to them they are brilliant at scamming, read reviews about how good the sewing machine is and ordered one, first time I've been scammed.
You can purchase same item for £38.00 off eBay instead of £89.00 from these scammers, haven't used it yet so god knows what it's like.

Really poor product, doesn't match the description. The record player obviously has false reviews online that are not verified. DOT NOT BUY FROM HERE. Return of product looks very suspect. Its one BIG SCAM! I would strongly advise you return the product and seek a refund via your bank. I'm really angry Shopify are still trading with company after all the complaints. They are enabling this!

A diabolical website and company. Products are rubbish and the aftercare customer service non-existent. Avoid like the plague.

Like most other reviewers, I unfortunately only checked the reviews after my own difficulties started. So just to reiterate, this is not a reputable company - it claims to be based in London but everything is shipped from China. They won't allow you to cancel the order once it's been placed even when the product clearly isn't going to arrive by the scheduled delivery date. The product isn't as described when it arrives and I've had to escalate to my credit card company because it's proving impossible to receive a response to arrange a refund.

My husband ordered and paid for an item (a sewing machine) from SP Lummy via “shop”. He immediately cancelled the order but there has been no refund or contact.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The "front" is UK but this is an individual/s importing goods from China and selling on. The website guarantees refund within 30 days - this is a lie. When you want to return the goods they tell you that they will not issue a refund if it's "stuck in customs or not delivered" - in other words, it is not "guaranteed'. The return address is the wholesaler in China. The item I purchased (a projector) didn't come with any instructions whatsoever. I will take matter further unless full refund is issued.

Like others on this site failed to read reviews before buying. My experience is like others. No uk base, despite what they say. Website full of errors. Offers discounts on other products, but only a few. No cancellation. Even when they agree by email. I cancelled order immediately but no form on their website despite saying there was. Cancelled by email. I was promised cancellation twice but then retracted that three days later. No idea where the product is, frankly I don't care. Don't want it to arrive as they want me to pay to return. I am also pursuing them by the credit card company. Why are they allowed to trade?

Fell foul to this scam luckily contacted bank and been refunded please avoid saddens me to think companies are happy to steal from honest people

Total scam. Ordered two items which never arrived. They didn’t reply to requests for money back. They have been reported to banks fraud team.
