I did a review recently

I did a review recently, and I got no reply.
I have transfered 50 000kr to my Lunar konto but since then my account was blocked they requested to me to send documents where the money were sent from I already provided all of them, where my name account mnumber and everything was shown which means that the funds are legit I even send the loan agreement and everything and for 6 days now my account is still Blocked and the guy from lunar is not willing to reply for 3 days
I strongly suggest to stay away from this terrible bank
If they don't release my money I will have to report this bank so their license can be revoked
They are a shame for swedish Citizens

Extremely slow!

It takes them months to send money abroad. It's ridiculous! Please improve your service.
UPD: answer from support are extremely slow. I can provide name of the agent I spoke with in chat per request.
UPD2: calls with them are inefficient and then you have no proof of what was said. I'd prefer email communication.

Fantastic support and service! Impressed with the app too!! Highly recommend!! 5/5 easy!

The only thing I would love to see built into Lunar is their own system for invoicing and end of year summary.

I’ve been locked out of my account for…

I’ve been locked out of my account for over 4months with my personal funds locked in. All KYC queries have been attended to. Lunar bank’ security department stopped attending to my request to discontinue the account permanently and release my funds if it be so that the answers supplied were not satisfactory.
Customer care person el reads my messages and does nothing to process endless requests to release the funds or grant access to the account..4months too long, I’m now indebted

Good functionality at reasonable price.

Works very well for me with "enskild firma". Provides "bankgiro" so my customers can pay comfortably. The built-in bank card allows me to separate private expenses from those of the firm.

A bank that actually cares (pioneers showing how a bank should be)

Hello,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Lunar and their incredibly amazing customer service and how well they care for their customers. I have been and am a customer of all major banks in Sweden, and one has always felt like "just a customer" - one among many who is just a number to process without any real sense that they truly care about their customers.

But with Lunar it's different, they are always willing to help in any way possible. When you receive auto-replies from their AI, you might think it means they don't care and just let the system handle it, but it's actually to ensure you get a quick confirmation that they will soon provide personal assistance.

I was recently scammed and called their support who handled the matter immediately with an educational and personalized step-by-step guide for my specific situation.

So eternal thanks for truly caring and changing the perspective of what a real bank should be.

Jag vill med detta meddelande säga stort tack till Lunar och deras väldigt otroliga kundbemötande och hur väl de bryr sig om sina kunder. Har och är kund hos alla storbanker i Sverige och alltid har man känt sig bara som ”en kund” alltså en i mängden som bara är en siffra att bearbeta utan någon typ av känsla att de bryr sig riktigt om sina kunder.

Men Lunar är det annorlunda, de är alltid villiga att hjälpa på det sätt som möjligt, när man får autosvar från deras AI tror man att det betyder att de inte bryr sig utan låter systemet hantera men de är för att man ska få ett snabbt svar som bekräftelse att de inom kort kommer med personlig hjälp.

Blev scammad nyligen och ringde upp deras support som hanterade ärendet omgående med pedagogisk och personlig steg för steg guide för just min situation.

Så evigt tack för att ni verkligen bryr er och ändrar på synen om hur en riktig bank ska vara.

WARNING: do not trust with your money!

I am warning everyone out there to never use Lunar's services! It's all right until you bump into a hiccup, by which time their customer service is completely NON-existent, inefficient and incapable.

Their practices are NOT in the best interested of customers, and I have sadly lost all faith in their ability to handle my money. I am so disappointed, as I have been a happy customer for 2+ years and would like to support challenger banks.

So far, so good

I created a business account very quickly and smoothly, the bank card also arrived pretty quickly. The only downside so far is that the AI customer chat was a bit inefficient when it comes to transferring you to a human agent, it just kept repeating that I should contact a live agent 😅 after 3 or 4 tries it finally put me in touch with Sigrid, a very helpful human who assisted me via chat and got everything resolved promptly and kindly.
Here's hoping they improve their AI or just hire more humans like Sigrid to get things done 🙃🙏

This is how our AI works in the Lunar app at the moment:

To ask a new question, follow these steps: Log in to the Lunar-app > Tap your profile icon > Tap 'Send a message to us'. If you choose "Send a message to us", the AI will treat the matter as new, asking questions to understand the situation and assist you further.

If the AI cannot help you after the customer's response to the questions regarding the case, it will escalate the matter to our customer support team, who will handle it from there. It's always helpful to provide the AI with as much information as possible so that our customer support team has a good understanding of the issue and can handle it as efficiently as possible.

To continue in an old thread and not start a new one, follow these steps: Log in to the app > Tap your profile icon > Tap 'Messages' and click on the previous conversation.

In addition to the chat in the app, you can also reach us at our phone number 010 555 85 05.

Our opening hours are as follows:
Monday-Thursday: 09:00-18:00
Friday: 09:00-17:00
Weekends: 10:00-14:00

User friendliness and modern look.

I'd say that it is the most "modern" and user friendly bank available with almost all exclusive features needed for Sweden, such as Bankgiro, Autogiro, though missing Plusgiro and BankID, but for me it's fine to use those through a different bank.
So the app is good, the service is good and the support whenever I needed it was fine. Last time solved my issue with Claudia quickly and smoothly.
