Never have seen any digital bank like this before! I bought a Shelf Company from fortnox and as fortnox is partner with Lunar so I applied for Lunar business account for depositing of my share capital. When I started my application after providing all company infromation I got an automatic rejection message in the app. I thought I put something wrong information that's why it happend. So I tried few times more.But the application rejected continously without any explaination or something. After I opened live chat there was no human agent on the chat, just an ai!! After all I called their customer service center and asked about the issue and how unprofessional they are!!. Their agent literally have no idea about business banking registration or "Shelf Company" they were asking me weird question. After everything they send me an email and asked me to send screenshot of the issue. I sent all of the screenshots and it's been almost 3 days I still didn't get any response regarding the issue. They are just wasting my times as I need to open my company as soon as possible. But alas! they have no care about their customer. I never suggest this kind of bank.totally horrible!!!
Update- after everything they take care of my account and resolved the issue, so I am updating my review and appreciate their immediate action. And I hope they will improve their customer support center specially their live chat in application.

App is nice but the behind tech is lacking,
You can't have both Lunar Denmark and Lunar Sweden app at the same time, for a true cross boarder account. You have to reinstall the app every time you want to switch and pick a different country, this should be page 1 material, in the how-to-make a pan- nordic bank.
And if you want to make a iban transfer from lunar dk to lunar sweden account it takes several days! Plus they charge you for it. This should be intraday and free within same bank.
So I cannot recommend them as a nordic bank. Any other Nordic bank can do this. And cheaper.

I am a half Swedish half Iceland citizen and I had an account with Lunar. Naturally I wanted to send some money to my Icelandic bank "Landsbankinn" because I was planning on going to Iceland for vacation and to see my family but Lunar had other plans. Not only they didn't allow me to send money but also they have requested a lot of documentation like why I am sending there, to who I am sending even though it was to my own name and then after 1 month and them answering once a week they decided to close my account saying that they don't approve such activities. If you don't approve sending money outside Sweden what is the point of having the option?
