They are nice and trying their best but not yet usable for larger companies with invoices or transfers of more than 500 000 per day. Max limits of 500 000 SEK per day, cannot be raised in any meaningful way. Many MANY bugs on their web version where most things are not possible to complete, like payments, transfers etc - error handling not working. Applying for a company bank account also has many problems in the interface, like mandatory LONG descriptions for the purpuse of the company, and when you fill out with word-fluff their support personnel questions the long description details (when you could have written a shorter one if they just allowed it).
Support is AI, but can transfer to humans if you ask it to. Human support is nice, but not able to solve things. This is simply not a bank for any company other than small single-person ones, and especially not anyone wanting to do banking on their computer / browser.

My account was frozen on June 6th. They said they needed to check something, so I sent the documents they asked for right away. But instead of asking for everything at once, they keep coming back every few days asking for more. Each time I reply quickly, but then I hear nothing for 3 days or more.
It's been over 10 days now, and my account is still frozen. I can’t even take out my own money. I’ve tried calling them a few times, but the support person just said she didn’t know anything and couldn’t help me.
This is really frustrating and feels very unprofessional. I’m very disappointed with how they are handling this.

Everything worked good until one support agent contacted me asking for explanation of my transactions activity (I didn't do anything outside regular scope). Then he was satisfied but asked not to do same transfers anymore. I asked what's exactly wrong with them and he just ignored this quesiton.
Then another suppor agent got in touch with me telling me that I have to use my account somehow else. I asked him what exactly he means because he was very vague. At the moment it's been more than 2 weeks I didn't hear anything from him reminding him to reply me!

I’m extremely disappointed with Lunar. My account was suddenly restricted without any valid reason, despite me providing all necessary proof of funds immediately after the request. It’s been over 24 hours, and I’ve received no communication or updates from their support team.
All of my money is currently locked in the account, and I have no access to it. This is unacceptable behavior from a financial institution that claims to prioritize customer trust and transparency. The lack of response and urgency is alarming.
I am demanding that Lunar either restore access to my account immediately or return the full balance to my original bank account. Until this is resolved, I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform. Your money and peace of mind are simply not safe here.

I am Lunar customer and my debit card reached validity end date, so Lunar send me new debit card deducting 79 sek for delivery WITHOUT my consent. Like other banks, looks like they also start taking hidden charges, which was free till now when I signed up with Lunar.
