Couldn’t have imagined an easier flow…
Couldn’t have imagined any easier flow to get my AB registered. It was a bit scary to just send 25000 SEK to an account before I could access it myself, but the automatic communication with verksamt made it smooth and very fast! I never waited longer than a day for the next phase.

Good customer service
Update: It was taking a long time to open my account and do the onboarding which was quite frustrating, but once I flagged this with then I was given an explanation that it had been a very usually busy month with some specific issues, my case was given top priority and the account was opened quickly. So I am changing my review to reflect the fact that Emilie from Denmark and Claudia and Melina from Sweden all handled my frustration perfectly and provided good service.

The Bank that cares about clients
Compared to other Swedish banks, creating an account is hassle free, the process is fast and easy. It took me few days to get verified and I had my business account ready, in Nordea they told me that I need to wait 12 weeks. I recommend Lunar to everyone. Easy, user friendly, good integrations.

Swift and friendly help
Even though I had to close my business account (due to payment issues from other countries), Lunar remains very responsive and professional. My request regarding the bankgironumber was swiftly and very friendly handled by Sigrid. If there hadn't been an issue with international payments (some banks in other countries seem to block accounts that have a different country code for IBAN and BIC), I would still have been a happy customer at Lunar!
