Horrific new user experience, being made to order a card before you've even opened the home page of the app and then being prompted to make accounts after you've already been prompted to order a card makes absolutely no sense. When attempting to close my account, the process is obfuscated and once you finally get hold of someone the response time is horribly slow, and then you are prompted to pay for an additional three months. Horrible experience, would only recommend if you need access to a bank very quickly as the times are likely faster than traditional banks.

Signed up with Lunar with my Swedish Consulting/Development AB. I disclosed volume and frequency of incoming international transfers from Switzerland in the initial KYC survey and I'm now facing the second blocked incoming transfer within 6 weeks. I'm all for anti money laundering laws but the speed with Lunar is just abysmal. It's been three days since the most recent transfer was blocked and I haven't been contacted for further steps. Meanwhile I'd love to pay out some salary and settle my tax account.
Also fees are high and basically functionality doesn't work. Can't preschedule international transfers, cannot save recipients and the app times out after every transfer and needs to be restarted. For a digital first bank it very much feels like banking pre internet.

I have no further comments.
When a client makes a payment, I fully understand and agree that a transaction fee is required.
However, when I personally deposit my own savings into my own business account, I still have to pay a transaction fee — and this makes no sense to me.
This message is simply proof that I will immediately return the funds to my main bank after the term expires.
Sometimes it is better to pay more, as long as the bank does not irritate its customers the way Lunar does.
I am new to this, and this is my first — and it seems also my last — experience with your service.
I will gladly share my review on other platforms.
