Hello Lunar Team,
I am extremely disappointed with Lunar and the way they handle their customers’ money and support cases. I have more than 100,000 SEK in my account, and without any clear explanation my account has been frozen since January. It has now been over a month, and I am still locked out of my own funds.
This situation is completely unacceptable. I have received no meaningful updates, no proper timeline, and no real help from customer support—only generic responses and long waiting times. For a bank that promotes itself as modern and customer-friendly, this level of service is shocking. Freezing a customer’s account for this long without resolving the case or providing a clear reason creates stress, financial inconvenience, and a total loss of trust.
Access to your own money is a basic expectation, not a privilege. Keeping such a large amount blocked for weeks with no resolution shows a serious lack of professionalism and care for customers.
I strongly urge you to review my case immediately, provide a clear explanation for what has happened, and reopen my account as soon as possible. This matter has already taken far too long, and it needs to be treated with the urgency it deserves.
At this point, I cannot recommend this bank to anyone unless this issue is resolved quickly and the level of customer support improves drastically.
