As a business I bet your primary objective is to eliminate administrative friction. Lunar is the embodiment of administrative friction. Their promise of a "modern, digital-first" experience is a thin veneer over a buggy infrastructure and a support team that treats your business urgency with condescending indifference.
The Reality of the "User Experience": It took me one full week after opening my account just to successfully order a physical business card. This wasn't a "user error" - this was a systemic failure. To solve a simple ordering bug, I had to:
Reinstall the app three times (The classic "have you tried turning it off and on again" approach to professional banking).
Call customer service four times.
Send over ten in-app messages.
Support & Escalation: The support staff is the definition of "slow and condescending." When you finally get through, you are met with scripted responses rather than solutions. The most infuriating part? It is virtually impossible to escalate a case to anyone with actual decision-making authority. You are trapped in a loop of low-level support agents who lack the tools or the agency to fix their own broken software.
My business (like yours) requires precision and speed. Lunar provides neither. If you need a bank that understands the pace of a growing company, look elsewhere. Not recommended.

I had a good experience with Alva’s customer support. At first, I thought it would be difficult to get assistance with my dispute because it seemed like only a machine was responding to my query. However, I was impressed when, after I gave a low rating, they called me the next working day.
This made me feel that the company truly values its customers, which gives me peace of mind since I am entrusting my hard-earned money to the bank. When I registered my business bank account with Lunar, I ran into some administrative issues regarding the card, receiving and sending payments. Alva called me to get more detail about the issues.
