I can honestly say one of the best customer service experiences I have in a long long time. Happy to help no question to stupid and always there to help. Bifold doors were easy to fit and feel like a quality product. They were well packaged to the point I needed power tools to open it. Would highly recommend.

Very good experience overall. Dealt with one person throughout the sales process, the quote was competitive, the bifold and window we ordered was very good quality and also fitted in a very professional way. When we replace our old bi-fold door in the main house (Lunar provided bi-folds and window for our outdoor office), we will be using Lunar again for this
