Our brands include ASH, Back 70, ALEO Bags, Paul Green, Hispanitas, LODI, Marco Moreo, Marian, NeroGiardini, Pedro Anton, Wonders and Le Babe. We also stock a wide range of handbags in store. Our online store is selling online since 2017 and we deliver nationwide.

Delivery was very slow
Delivery was very slow, when I phoned the shop to follow up the delivery, staff were very rude, told me it wasn't their problem and to take it up with an post myself. Eventually I got a message saying there was a problem with an post.

Thank you for your feedback. I remember your call, as you insisted that you worked for An Post and that delivery should have been guaranteed as next day which is in fact not the case with the tracked parcels. I am sorry if you felt I was rude but there was a reluctance to listen to our explanation during the conversation, When you called, we did ask you to contact An Post but you had already done that. We also contacted An Post but have yet to receive a reply.
As it transpired, we subsequently discovered that there was an issue in the mail centre in Port Laois which resulted in a large number of parcels being delayed on the week in question . This delay was completely outside of our control.
