Clear instructions, easy booking process, no hidden fees.

So very disappointed, after waiting all year for a very long awaited reunion with family from the states, we both booked through lux camp ...booked 2 cabins and requested to be beside each other....alas we are not...not even in same area of camp....lux camp assigned bookings through different operators so they won't do anything, no one will...so we are left heartbroken that the holiday we planned and hoped for is ruined....memories we thought our kids would make will be very different

Finding and booking process is very easy , prices are very reasonable however don’t like that the final price is not guarded until late date. I’m not sure how much the price can change and why. It’s also not very clear if I can cancel if price goes too much up because on the website it says it’s eligible for cancellation to booking past 01.04.24 .

I had trouble making payment as my card kept getting declined, although I knew I had plenty of money.
A phone call to a very helpful Monique who agreed to invoice and gave me 3 days to sort it

lovely tranquil site but lacked amenities, everything was closed, the pool the bar and the restaurant.
on arrival we were told it was too cold to open the pool despite the temp rising to 28c during our stay.
very disappointed as we chose this site specifically because it said the pool would be open
