This company (Lux-Case.se) is nothing…

This company (Lux-Case.se) is nothing but scamming. I bought a phone case, which was similar that Ali Express sells for 10% price compared to Lux Case. In my case the product wasn't compatible to phone at all, because I couldn't reach phone buttons at all. Lux Case didn't accept reclamation. So I tried return product, but they didn't have phone number in Finland so I had to send a case to Helsinki without tracking. Then they insisted that they didn't receive my return. Klarna failed as middle man also in this. I guess I need to pay that 17,90€ for Lux Case and I don't even have a product anymore. LOL

Great costumer service!

There was a defect on my case but once I contacted Lux Case about it they were really accommodating and supportive, they really gave me options and helped me. I am definitely buying from there again because of the great costumer service.

Actully im buyed cover for my new…

Actully im buyed cover for my new mobile but I'm ordered it med wrong number to my model but when I connected med customer service they was so speed and helpful and ghey change my order before they get the old one
