Marc the consultant who came out was most helpful. We did go into Luxaflex to view the products and were in awe of the choices and the quality of products to choose from, as well as the knowledge of the Staff. Luxaflex also co-ordinated the fittings so that it could all be done in one day. The finished products are absolutely stunning, so pleased with our; roller blinds both with and without remote controls, Veri shades, and plantation shutters. We get so many comments about the window coverings in our new home and we ourselves are blown away. Well done.

We chose Luxaflex Veri Shades . The soft look is amazing and a fantastic choice for our sliding doors between indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. Easy to use.

I love my blinds - the whole process, from quote to installation was easy and I’m so happy with the result!

The sales staff were excellent. The product is exceptionally good.
Organisation of installation was problematic however. Only part of the blinds were available for the installation. They then organised the others to be delivered that day but 2 of the 11 blinds were the incorrect style.
These were then replaced and installed a week or so later

Unfortunately we had a negative experience ordering our Luxaflex blinds thru Rundle Blinds. The initial measurements were written incorrectly and so we needed to have another order placed to correct the situation. This meant a timely delay although we had already paid for the blinds in full.The Rundle Blinds representative did apologise twice for the stuff up but it did diminish our overall opinion. Both installers were pleasant and professional.
However I did have to make a minor adjustment around the blind to achieve the desired block-out. The quality of the Luxaflex blinds was excellent and has not compromised our review.

When we first visited the showroom, we were very impressed with the product range on display, and Sam was able to offer suggestions to suit our requirements for a new home. Initially our quote was from a building plan. As the building progressed, Sam met us onsite for a final measure and fabric selection as well as to discuss installation and fitting options for each product. There were so many things we had no idea about – where furnishings should be hung from, how much overhang at sides, how they would be opened – centre or side etc. Sam was fabulous and made the whole process easy with her experience and advice. Our installation was perfectly timed to ensure everything was finalised before the move in date. We are absolutely thrilled with our selections which included Evo awnings for the al fresco area, Veri Shades in the living areas and beautiful soft furnishings for the bedrooms. We would definitely recommend Sam and the team for their great products and professional service.

A somewhat awkward location for my retractable awning was readily addressed and a solution found.
The skill and quality of installation was outstanding and of the highest quality.

Our new home has some tricky windows and we needed advice on attractive ways to cover them. The people at Rundle Blinds were extremely helpful and qwent out of their way to work with the builder to install electric blinds and remotes. They also gave excellent advice for blockout bedroom window dressings and wet area blinds. We ended up using them for all our windows and we are very happy with the look and quality. Highly recommended.

I approached Rundle Blinds after experiencing their professionalism on a recent architectural project. With my own house the sales service and subsequent installation of four large Luxaflex Duette blinds was again of a high standard. A subsequent adjustment necessitated by out of square walls was made without charge and a minimum of fuss. On the basis of my experience I can strongly recommend both Rundle Blinds and the product.

Ian's customer service was excellent - always willing to answer questions and provide ideas - he was not pushy and new his products. The installation service was also great
