Needing a full house of new blinds, we shopped around a lot, not just for a good deal, but for the right advice.
We turned up at Sunmaster Midland as almost our last place to check.
Tim was great, obviously a lot of experience, and also a very keenly tuned, customer oriented, manner.
He came soon after to measure and offer suggestions for good solutions in each area of the home.
We had had three measures prior, but this was the first where we felt comfortable and confident.
The whole process was handled very professionally, and all the crew were very courteous and keen to help whenever we called.

My wife and I chose to purchase the Duette blinds (motorised and manual versions), together with an external awning from Luxaflex.

From the initial visit to the showroom, to the site visit, to the subsequent provision of a detailed quote and then installation of the finished products, the process was high quality and seamless. The customer engagement process was very good, both from the sales team and the installation team.

The selection of the Duette product has been particularly beneficial, as the foil core of the blind provides very good thermal egress and ingress properties that we hadn't previously appreciated.

We would have no hesitancy in recommending Sunmaster Midland.

Tim's team know their stuff. I am really happy with the installation process, the look and quality of the products. I like the fact that all safety precautions were in place, including re-scheduling due to weather. They consulted to me at all times on the details of the installation, if I was happy with this and that. Properly handed over to me on the use of the control and how the wind/movement sensor operates and lock for safety. Beautifully set. I would upload pictures if that was possible here. I recommend this company 100%.

Tim who came to measure up was very friendly and helpful and the blinds came before the allocated time which was a bonus and the installer was efficient and capable thanks lixaflex and I like to support local businesses

Visited to explore my options. Tim was fantastic and laid out the different options available after I gave him some details of what I was looking for and what the room was being used for. Got exactly what I paid for, a quality product that does exactly what I need it to.

Very helpful and efficient service that delivered exactly what I wanted in window solutions

We were very happy with the responses to coming out to our unit, measuring up selection of colours and ideas with on the spot quote. Even though mid to late November we managed to have them installed on the 22nd December. Tim and his team went the extra mile to fastrack our window treatments as we had no existing ones on a few windows so privacy was an issue along with security lights from other units glaring through windows at night.Made a big difference over our hot summer in WA.Sunmaster Midland is a family run business and it shows with the smooth operation.Also their installers are excellent.Will definately call them again to upgrade the other curtains.

The whole team from sales to installation were friendly and professional and I can't praise them highly enough.
I was after suggestions that would work in two areas of our house and having an in home consultation meant that existing window covering and the age and style of the house could be taken into consideration. They were happy to provided quotes on a couple of options and leave me to make up my mind without any pressure.
Installation was on time and when making an appointment they were happy to work around my schedule. The team that came arrived on time, were professional and left everything clean.
I have ended up with a look that was exactly what I wanted and without any fuss at all (not at all like previous experiences with other companies). Highly recommend them.

My experience with this family-run business was delightful. Tim was super helpful in helping me to choose the best window dressings for my home.
