What a friendly and helpful group of people at the Midland store. I was most impressed with the way you took time to help me decide what I needed. You showed my options and listened to me and helped me to get the best solutions for my redecorating project.

Durable first impressions.
I found the whole experience of getting my new awning to be pleasant, and efficient, totally painless!! I had had some awnings installed in the 70's when the business was new and was pleased to find the follow up experience just as good. I have whole heartedly recommended Luxaflex to many friends since - even if they are not currently needing blinds or awnings!.

Top class product and great service
From the first call I made to Tim at Sunmaster in Midland WA (agents for Luxaflex) I knew I was in good hands. He met us at home and suggested the best option for the rooms, completely different to what we thought would look good, provide natural light and heat protection. And he was right! The blinds look incredibly good, the care taken at installation was superb.
I’d love to complete the rest of the house with Luxaflex blinds, and will definitely not go anywhere else for superior quality and excellent customer service.

Fantastic team of people to deal with
Fantastic team of people to deal with, from the lady who answered the phone,Tim who did the quoting and measuring, to the gentlemen who did the installing. Tim has an eye for detail with measuring and aesthetics which equated a top quality installation of our outdoor blinds. We will certainly use Luxaflex again when we decide to install plantation shutters internally.
