The installation of our Luxaflex roller blinds was such a positive experience. The two fitters arrived on time and we both very pleasant and extremely professional and competent.
The whole job was carried out in record time and without a hitch. They cleaned up as they went along and left the area spotless.
Tim, both at the shop and when he came to measure at the house, was very helpful and, again, so professional and pleasant.
I would definitely recommend Luxaflex Australia - Sunmaster Midland to all my friends and anyone who needs window coverings. They will not disappoint!

Tim and his Luxaflex team is the most professional business I have come across for some time. Their exceptional customer service, lovely and friendly manner, attention to detail and dependability is second to none - whatever they say, whether it is to call, to organise a visit, to install or to resolve an issue, they are extremely thorough, trustworthy and have followed displaying care and respect for their customer.
If I decide to update or perhaps have external blinds, I wouldn't bother with trying anywhere else. Today, you pay for what you get so I was very happy to pay extra for such a quality service and a super quality product.

Luxaflex Australia – Sunmaster Midland have installed for us in the past three months External window blinds and internal window shutters.

From our initial contact with the team at Midland through to installation we had nothing but the best customer service. Staff are knowledgeable about the products and worked with us and our million questions patiently. The installers arrived on time and were great especially with attention to detail and our specific requests (and they have a great sense of humour). Highly recommend the Midland store and staff. Oh and the blinds all look fabulous too!

The knowledge of products of Tim from Sunmaster Midland was outstanding and made the choice of which products to select so much easier. Very accommodating when we requested the Duette blind be installed sideways on our bedroom window, eventhough in his experience no one had ever requested it before (Works a treat!) The guys who did the installation were on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.
We are very happy with the installation of our blinds and it has lifted the whole appearance of our rooms.
The only downside in our experience was the delay between the blinds being ready and the installation date being scheduled.

The team at Luxaflex Australia - Sunmaster Midland are complete professionals as well as great people. They ask about your needs and preferences and then recommend the products that best meet those. There was no attempt to 'upsell', which was refreshing to say the least. The installers were prompt and proficient. We have used them for blinds at a previous property and so naturally called on them when we moved. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Absolutely love our curtains from sunmaster midland! We went with a sheer linen and rollerblind underneath to cover three walls with full windows in the living area. The whole experience was fantastic - great customer service/product selection guidance, and very easy/quick process of measuring, quoting and installing. The installers were also very careful with great attention to detail.

After talking to Tim about what we were after for our window fittings . We found Tim to be very helpful and he gave great idea's, we love what we picked it looks great. On installation Tim and his team were very professional and friendly. We would have no hesitation in using Luxaflex again and have told our friends.

Fantastic colour and performance from this new product. Keeps the sunlight at bay without blotting out the light completely. Best motorised blinds on the market with easy to operate remote. Greatly improved battery cases, highly recommended.

We need something to shield sensitive plants in our garden from the hot summer sun. As they have in the past Luxaflex Australia - Sunmaster Midland (Tim) suggested a retractable blind as a solution. This was expertly constructed and installed in good time and for a reasonable price and has solved the problem.

I am very pleased with my Luxaflex panel blinds they look fantastic. Sunmaster Midland was so efficient . We did the measure and I choose the colour I wanted. I was given the quote and signed up there and then. A couple of weeks later that the blinds were installed. The installers were very efficient and there was no mess and no packing material left behind. Most importantly all the people I dealt with at Sunmaster were really nice and very helpful.
I would recommend them and, of course, Luxaflex for their very high quality product that makes my home look beautiful.
