My experience with Luxe Du Jour was fantastic. My LV charm was more beautiful than in the picture. They were fast with my order and I received my purchase sooner than anticipated. It was a safe and secure delivery. I would definitely recommend this wonderful establishment to all who love luxury products. Thank you Luxe Du Jour for a positive and enjoyable experience!

I sent a few bags here before and they keep telling me it does not pass the authentication process and charging me $450 to get back , when I know this bag is real when I just got it authenticated last week . You guys keep scamming people for $450 just to get our bag back . This place is a scam and I will be escalating this further.

On their website, it says bag from $500-$2500 the consignment fee is 20%, which is fine. But when I asking for a quote for my like new condition sac de jour baby size (they are selling exact same bag on their website for $2140) they offered me $900. I asked how can be this low they said "for bag under $2000 they ONLY OFFER BUYOUT, so I can't do consignment. I sent a screenshot of their consignment rate from their website then she said "oh we do both buyout and consignment quote so people can choose which one they want". Then I said why you rejected my consignment request then? She said "they only do buyout for my bag". I asked for a reason they didn't provide any.

This practice is so shady and unethical, they are so greedy now, they don't honor what they advertise on their website, they don't give you reason and they know the bag is in very good condition they can sell it for good price but they lowball you and offered only $900 and they can sell it for over $2000.

Please find another store and save your time. I have all the conversations screenshot, I am not lying and I gave proof.

I can’t rave about LDJ enough. I admit, I am anxious and even reluctant to spend my hard earned money on consignment items, but not when I’m buying from LDJ. I trust their process completely and I’ve only ever had positive experiences shopping with them. Their customer service is impeccable, even as they start to scale their business. I sent a request quote a month ago and they didn’t even give me an option of consigning. My purse was priced at 2000 Cad cash out. Their offer expired and i finally did sent another request since im finally ready to let go of my purse. They came back with 1500 cad offer for the same purse. I know they need to make money but this offer is ridiculously low. They’re selling my purse for 2800+ cad on the website so offering me 1500 cad is a joke. I bought a couple of purses from them but they’re only good at that. You treat people like we dont know anything.

Lots of selection and 100% confidence items are authentic. As others have mentioned, I was given a cheap bag and box. My jewelry was thrown in a bag. As well, there was no order update or ETA when I paid for the item.
