As stated no attempt made to deliver. No card left or update. After a stroke yoi expect me to drive to collect the parcel. Really? Poor customer service

Item never received. Too late as a birthday present. Refund not given. Told to go and collect it!!!!!

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you have received.

Your order was placed at 9pm on Thursday 3 February 2022 and was dispatched the following day. Royal Mail attempted delivery on Monday 7 February and as delivery was unsuccessful the parcel was returned to the depot pending collection or re-arranging of delivery.

We have communicated with you via email regarding this situation and although we appreciate you are disappointed we will not tolerate abusive messages to our team who have been trying to help you.

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 days and we also offer an express service at checkout if required quicker for a special occasion for instance.

You placed the order at 9pm on the 23 December when unfortunately as a small family business we had finished for the Christmas holidays. We understand that customers will be excited to receive their order which is why we made our Christmas opening times available on our website at the time of ordering.
We returned to work on the 4 January and your order was dispatched that day. I can see that we have communicated with you by email about this matter.
