Fantastic after sales service
Fantastic after sales service, slight issue with filters on arrival but telephoned Brad whilst hot tub being unpacked and had a text off courier within half hour to say new filters had been despatched and arrived the next day. We live our hot tub!

I highly recommend Luxespa
Got my hot tub early December and have hardly been out of it. There was an issue after a week where there was no power but Bradley had Jon visit the same day. The board had to be changed and although took a few days i cannot fault the service. Sometimes things do go wrong but the fault was repaired swiftly and the communication was very good.
I highly recommend Luxespa. The tub is excellent quality with an amazing price tag.

Had our tub delivered today by Bradley and his father and can only say what an excellent service from two very plesant chaps from buying to delivery I would not hesitate to 'recommend lux spa and would give them a 10 star.

Very friendly and informative
Very friendly and informative. Managed to move mountains to get the colour we wanted. Reasonable price. On the end of the internet/phone to help with setting up if like us you're nervous.
There were a couple of issues over delivery but certainly nothing that would make me want to rate them less than 5.
I'd certainly recommend.
