Couldn't rate this company highly enough. At first I was a bit dubious about wether I should be buying direct online without seeing the spa first, but as we live in a rural location it just made sense to buy from LuxeSpa. From speaking to the owner on the phone beforehand with questions we had about the spas to the final delivery, it was all so easy, professional and stress free. Have enjoyed the spa throughout the summer this year with no problems at all, in fact our friends have now also got one as well!.

Customer service was second to none
Customer service was second to none. Very helpful and always available to answer question's. The hot tub was delivered as promised and the guys were very helpful. As for the hot tub. It's just amazing. Would recommend the company to anyone looking for a hot tub. Ten out of ten. Thank you Bradley and his team. And his dad for delivering the tub.
