Who do we report this fraud to? Order placed and confirmed in February 2020. Items never shipped or received. I've ordered from random sites 100s of times and this is the only time having an issue. I had a feeling it was a scam. Law enforcement needs to be made aware. And yes I'm aware that they'll make a new site,do the same thing. Don't even want my money back. Just accountability and consequences for their criminal actions.

Placed an order Dec. 2020! They took the $$money out of account!! But never shipped order! Tried repeatedly to get them to refund the money into account & all they can say is it is being reviewed!! Do not deal with this company..

To this day I haven't received the shawls I bought. This to me is theft. I will report to the police.

I placed an order on Nov. 21 2020 for $ 51.88 as a Christmas gift and never received it.
It is unacceptable. Where should we make a formal complaint?

Total utter scammers, placed an order beginning of August 2020, I never received any updated information with tracking number, contacted them many times. I still haven’t received my order and now from the confirmation email I click on the link and nothing comes up but a browser error. Please don’t waste your time or money with these thieves that supposedly have 100% satisfaction guarantee- what a freakin joke

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Ordered leggings 29 November 2020. They took money from my account but no delivery. I have emailed them numerous times but no response. Total scam. Don't waste your money or your time

My story is the same as all the others. I ordered back in January, have not received the pants, have sent multiple emails. Nothing. Did not expect to get scammed for a pair of leggings!

I bought 2 pairs of extra warm leggings way back in the beginning of February. Didn't receive them and had to way of contacting this company. Yesterday I got on to the fraud department of my bank, explained what had happened and received my money back right away. The young man said that they had quite a few calls like mine and that it was a scam. From now on, I will be checking to make sure it's not a scam company before I buy anything online

I bought 2 pair of leggings just because was discounted, a very long time ago, must have been December, and I still haven't received them. I studied Online Marketing and is making me sad that there are companies like this that regardless of the bad feedbacks from everyone they are still allowed to operate.
Shame on these fake businesses that aren't ashamed of stealing from people that trust them.

One star is too good for this company. Ordered 2 pairs pants and received nothing. There is no contact for company. Someone needs to stop them.

Ordered pants Jan 25, 2021. Charge went on my Visa right away. Emailed Feb. 9/21. No response. Now it is March 19, 2021 and still no pants, no response. Someone, somewhere is getting rich by taking the money and shipping nothing. Winter is almost over and no fleecelined pants have been shipped.

I would NOT give any stars if I was able too. SCAM RIP OFF! My card was charged the day I placed the order which is highly unusual since most honest companies will only charge you when the order is being shipped.

I ordered some pants from the company on January 5, 2021. I really liked the pants and I am still waiting for my order. I emailed the company and was told that they are working on my order to see what has happened. I paid $51.88 for the order and I am getting frustrated. This company is a major SCAM. I want my money back. I tried to look at my order and now it seems the company took down their website.

DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! I placed an order months ago and items have never arrived. Have messaged them a dozen times, & they have not responded. I have asked and asked about my order, & they have not gotten back to me even once.

I ordered a pair of pants on Feb 14th. I never received them. When I went back to website to see if they had a phone number I could call to ask about my order, I couldn't find a phone number. I went back to my email, but I got the msg, website is not available. I'd tell everyone who wants to buy these pants, DON'T!!!! If anyone knows who I can contact someone to help me get my money back, please let me know. These were supposed to be a gift from my mom and she's on a limited income.

This website is a total scam we ordered our pants since January 7th 2021and we paid 70 dollars for them and still have nothing so we tried looking for the email they send us to see what happened and to look for the store or for something that they could give us like a number that we could call someone that we could talk to about our items ...the website says that the store was unavailable..they are a total scam we need our money back and I hope someone could give it to us..ASAP.... I told my mom we shouldn't Trust these kinds of websites but she REALLY loved those pants and really wanted them and now she is stuck with no money and no pants she doesn't work so the little that she has she's been saving up to get what she wants and needs so for someone to scam her like that is really unacceptable..
