This is a scam the watch does not work. It has several faults it continually disconnects from the app and he phone bluetooth features don't work. Claim back through bank is your only option and hope that works. Do not return it unless you want to lose more money

The watch are rubbish, not all the things work correctly. The company is very difficult to deal with. The 90 day warranty is not worth a pinch of shi*.
I purchased 2, returned the items even tracking says they received the watchs, Ive lost my money.
Steer well clear of luxosmart
I ordered a watch in January but I never received it so I emailed them to see where my order was, they emailed me back to say the tracking was a confirmed delivery, I emailed them back to say the tracking proof was not my address or signature. They emailed me to check if it was delivered to neighbours, I email them to say it was not, another email from them saying they would investigate with logistics. After 5 weeks of waiting for a response I emailed them again to see where my order was, they responded with a email saying they would send a replacement watch. I didn't want a replacement by this time as it was taking them to long to sort the problem out, further emails back and fourth saying I didn't want a replacement sent but they wouldn't have it so I agreed for a replacement to be sent it's now may and I received a watch in the post when I opened it, it s a second hand watch that someone else has returned to them with their letter enclosed, another email to them asking why did I receive a returned watch from someone else from them, there reply was its a brand new watch even though I sent them photos of the used watch with the person's data on it and a copy of the person's letter. In the end I got a refund by doing a section 75 through my bank

Not a UK company and poor performance watch
The company luxosmart.uk leads you to believe it is based in the UK when in fact it is based in China. They don't have returns policy and the customer support is frustrating to say the least. If you want to return their product, you have to jump through hoops only to find out they will not pay for the return or the custom charges. The charges probably cost a significant amount meaning you would only get 50% of the cost of the watch. If you don't send the watch back, they will only give you a 15% refund. I haven't even mentioned the performance of the watch. It keeps disconnecting from the poor App that you need to download in order to use the watch.
Please don't bother !
I ordered this in December for £129 and I have had nothing but trouble with it, I am constantly having to reset it and the features don't work properly. My partner bought a watch from Argos at the same time as me for £29.99 and it is much better.
Scam Company based in CHINA
Bought the watch in April but unfortunately I only found the bad reviews after my purchase so I knew once I'd received I would not open it and return it straight away.
Upon receiving my watch I didn't open it I looked for a return address but there wasn't anything within the package to inform the buyer how to return and I noticed there was a Chinese shipping stamp on the box even though they made out it was a UK based company and don't be fooled by a Wolverhampton address on the packaging, I assume that's just the warehouse where it goes to once entering the UK.
I emailed straight away only for them to take 3 days to answer my email, when they finally did they kept stating if I returned the product I'd have to pay shipping costs and it's best that I keep it and I need to upload photos and a video of the product undamaged even though I told them I hadn't even opened it.
I proceeded to do what they asked and sent those but it was another two months before they decided to say they would refund even after me sending it back to China and paying over £20 in shipping costs. Only yesterday I contacted them saying if they do not refund me I'm starting legal proceedings baring in mind they would have received the item over 3 weeks ago. Total scam company do not buy. Today still waiting for the refund!

its a scam, do not use. They are not a real company but may provide a product. They are not interested in giving you your money back, they don't make the watch. If you try to cancel your order, even right after paying, they will not. Site should be shut down and they should be removed from the market asap

Avoid this company. 0 stars. My bank had to claim money back. Bank told me not to return it because they would say they hadn't received it. I tried to stop the order. That didn't work. They sent it anyway. They wouldn't give me address to return it. Then received an email saying they would give me 50% of my money back if I dropped the claim. Company was called luxosmart uk. Its not it's in China. I was getting emails every day from them. Please don't waste your money

Luxo watch breaks down - crashes - stop after 2 weeks.
Had my new watch for 2 weeks (April 2024). Worked fine. Then the pixels across the screen started to break down and had lines all thru the screen, the side button stopped working thus could not change screens. Over the next few days, it would only go to the SOS screen, buzzed continually until the battery ran out. Now it won't even power up.
Emailed Luxo and surprising received an email response within 2 hours. They asked for videos of the problem to rectify the problem. Sent the videos back to them on the same day. Since then, NO RESPONSE. A watch that only worked for 2 weeks.......

Well well..... they have responded to my emails, requesting videos - pictures of my stuffed watch (which I had already sent). After back and forwards of emails they have agreed to send me a replacement watch.
Lets wait and see if the replacement watch ARRIVES........
Don't buy from this company
Watch didn't work. Wouldn't communicate with the app. Re-loaded app numerous times, reset watch numerous times. Still didn't work so sent it back recorded delivery at a cost of £18. It's currently sitting at Chinese customs waiting on Luxsmart paying the duty. Don't think I'll ever see my £110 and I'm also out £18 in return postage. Last time I ever buy from China again. This watch and company got good reviews with an easy returns policy. ALL lies.
I have now been informed that I need to pay £23 in duty charges. So I'm now out £41 and have no watch.
This company is just ridiculous
This company is just ridiculous. I bought the smart watch, it didn't count calories steps or heart beat correctly. Apparently my heart only beat 10 bpm. It keeps disconnecting from the app, the only help I got was an email saying to reset the watch and the app which did not work.
I asked for a return and refund and the response was that I had to return the watch to them at a China address at my own cost( around £150) to get a full refund. The only other thing they offered was that I keep the watch and accept its in good working order and they will refund 15%. What a load of rubbish.
There 24,7 chat on their website is non existent. All there emails are automated replies, nothing personal to my problem at all. I very much doubt this address even exists

Absolutely terrible company to deal with!
After order not being recieved by them I tried again and eventually got two watches in separate deliveries. Sent one back unopened and six months later I still have not recieved a refund.
Now the first watch has ceased to function properly.
A total waste of time and money.

False reviews
I had ordered from them after reading reviews only to find more reviews with same companies but different names I cancelled my order within ten minutes only to be told its to late and it was dispatched, which would be a record in any company to have an order dispatched that quick. The second review I read was very disappointing to the original, the product does not do or come close to what they advertise and trying to get a refund i will fill you all in as i am trying now and not sure how i will go with a company that is not truthfully disclosing there products capability. But in my opinion i would not invest my money in any product from this company. I have been in contact with the company and according to them and their return policy that no one receives you don't get 100% back like their review states again another lie.
