Following up 6 months later on my previous review of my luxo smart watch. My watch is 7 months old now and still looks brand new, its impossible to even scratch it with normal daily use, all the functions work perfect as it did from day one. I am very pleased with it still so I went on to purchase another 2, but not from China, there is a seller on eBay selling them discounted to the price I paid for my first one.
I have looked at the quantities Luxo have sold and there are very few bad reviews, I am starting to believe the bad reviews are from individuals who don't know how to use the watch functionalities or had bad experience with delivery, the last two purchases I made where delivered within 2 days, the battery is brilliant, lasts a week at least, my old expensive main street brand watch needed charging daily. I wouldn't let my life or health depend on any smart watch, but for me I cannot recommend the quality of this watch for the price, so I continue to give it 5 stars, I will review again in a few months time, I would say get on board with one, for me its a blinder, Poor company correspondence DOES NOT equal a poor product when you eventually receive it, alternatively buy on eBay and get the same watch within two days SIMPLES!!! (can even buy spare straps in UK too) happy days good luck.

First order went missing in the post courier confirmed this, tried to get a refund as a long time had passed, refused to refund could only offer to send a replacement. Replacement sent WEEKs after they said they would (appears they forgot) guess what, that also did not get delivered and got returned to sender. They now want to take a 15% deduction to cancel and refund. Terrible Customer Service avoid

the watch does not indicate correctly. after working a day on my computer I had 66000 steps .... Sleep was not recorded . It was wrong from the beginning. Service desk does not give any solution

Further to my earlier review, I don’t see what all the fuss is about. Now had it over 3 months and everything seems fine. The fitness elements may not be pinpoint sharp but they’re good enough. The battery lasts about a week whereas Apple Watches need to be charged daily, I’m told. They’re also made in China!

I concur all other 1* ratings, the goods are not fit for purpose

Read reviews before buying one Watch is a piece of crap don't buy one, aways disconnects from phone, heart rate monitor is completely inaccurate like every other thing on this watch. And when you contact them over it they just ignore you. No wonder they don't do PayPal as a payment method as you cannot get your money back.

The watch is faulty - the data is inaccurate and it doesn't correctly sync to my phone, meaning it can't be used as a smart watch, just an inaccurate fitness tracker. The design is uncomfortable and has caused marks to my wrist.

The returns procedure is painful - despite pointing out that the watch is faulty, I got over a week of back and forth where the returns agent tried to talk me out of returning, only to then tell me I need to pay for the returns shipping and any customs fees (the return address is in China) or recieve a 10/15% refund (the customer service agent can't keep that one straight). I have absolutely no faith that after going through the payment and hassle of returning the watch, I will get my full discount at all.

The company is a scam and as far as I can tell, operating illegally (consumer law states that the seller is responsible for the costs of returning faulty goods).

The worst part is, I googled Luxo Smart Watch before I purchased and got a couple of articles saying it was the best budget smart watch on the market - annoyingly the trust pilot website only moved to the top of the search after I'd made my purchase. I now obviously suspect the articles to be fake and planted by the company.

I just got my luxosmart watch after more two weeks of ordering, the first issue is non disclosure by the merchant how long it will take for the watch to be delivered, also on delivery I observed that it was not the watch i ordered for that was delivered as i ordered for the grey black color while a black colour was delivered which is quite cheaper compared to the grey black colour which I ordered for and i am greatly dissapointed in that, as for functionality, i will observe the watch for a while and wrrite my review later..

Now playing the long game latest offer send watch back or keep it for 15%. Lesson to be learned here. They don't care about their customers. And fob you off again and again.

Have gone quiet no further communication. Whatever you do don't listen to what they say. All they want you to do is keep the watch and fob you off with poor offers.

Open a dispute with your bank I spoke to mine this morning once you do that it stops them trading. They panic and will offer you 50% don't accept it go for a full refund. They are scammers nothing more.

They are now using a different name to trade under it's called Nebulaetech same watch same site different name.

The product has a design flaw as it reads a pulse when not being worn. It does not recognise when you are sleeping reliably which meant half my sleep pattern was missed and apparently I was in deep sleep when I was moving furniture! Queried with Luxo and they advise this can happen and is normal and the sleep information is a guide.

I wanted to return for a refund and they do not adhere to the consumer rights act 2015 as they will not pay for the return of faulty goods.

If you read a review saying how good they are and supplied exclusively direct from Luxo this is inaccurate same thing much cheaper on Amazon just different branding.

I ordered this watch on 29 February having seen fantastic reviews. Then within 30 mins I had been directed to all the negative reviews on Trustpilot and cancelled my order immediately afterwards. Within 36 hours I received an email saying my watch was in transit from China. There then ensued a lot of emails from me saying I did not want the watch. All of my emails received a response from customer service and always from the same person. I was eventually told I could refuse the parcel on delivery but unfortunately I was out when it arrived. More emails to customer service resulted in me saying I was not prepared to pay the shipping charges back to China and in the end I was offered 15% compensation but had to accept that there was nothing wrong with the product. I opened the package and did experience problems synching it to my smart phone initially but succeeded in the end and also downloaded successfully the runmefit app. The watch does in fact appear to operate effectively and my 15% refund was received within two weeks of initial order. So, only time will tell how good the watch is but I cannot direct any criticism to Luxo Customer Service as I always received responses to my many emails.

Terrible terrible terrible won’t refund only emails offering 5%refund.

Got this smart watch I didn't read the reviews big mistake had it 3 days now won't work.spoke to someone who said they need credit card details to take £1 so I could talk to someone else . didn't do it pleas reed reviews and stay away from Chinese junk

Just another in a long line of bad reviews about this scam !! Watch arrived and it looked great, however what a pile of junk it is, won't pair to phone, doesn't recognise the app its absolute rubbish. DONT BUY ONE. I have contacted then and they are just messing me around, they clearly have no intention of refunding any money even though it's not fit for purpose. Shocking service and a shocking product. Please don't be caught out by this scam. DONT BUY ONE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give no stars I would. Like other reviewers my experience was the worst. The watch arrived and the poor quality was evident straight away. On use this became more apparent. It failed to accurately record anything. I entered into email correspondence with them for a full refund stating the watch was not fit for purpose. The only way this could be given was for me to return the watch to China at my own expense. If I didn't want to do this they offered an insulting 15% refund. I've chalked this up to experience. Don't be taken in by any positive advertising you read online, and avoid this company at all costs.

This is just to say thank you to all the people who have put on honest reviews of this product. I had come accross a site BestWeLike online who rated the Luxo Smart watch as the best in all categories. I know the old saying "if it seems too good to be true, it usually is", so I checked online and up came Trustpilot giving really disappointing customer experiences. I imagine a lot of the sites who claim to be independent experts testing products are themselves, fake. I won't be buying.

Absolutely shocking company despite what you think is good and trustworthy reviews. U cannot cancel the order or get money back! They dont give any delivery time either. Do not buy from these scammers.

Won’t write it off, neither am I completely disappointed, after owning various Fitbits over 7 years! Now there, in my experience, is some very expensive rubbish!
Medical stats on Luxo are absolutely rubbish, but then so was Fitbit! Could turn one into a hypochondriac 😣 What I do like is the face - easy to read- battery time good if automaticity light up taken off! Steps seem to be reasonably accurate as well as obscure things like the weather!
Bought it from what I thought was an Australian web sight but found it came from China, but in a reasonable time. Then of course, got the usual spam emails for awhile!
If it lasts 2 years I’m a reasonably happy camper.

I read a good review and purchased it for a £109 on the strength of that.

The company never replied to a single email that I sent them, i awaited 2 and a half weeks for it to arrive and it's not very good, In fact I put it down as rubbish in all honesty.
The heart monitoring part is dodgy, if you get wet with rain or sweat it gives false readings... And if I thought I could get my money back from this company, which is based in China, but appears to be based in England, I would go for it right away, but I know that I'm never going to see that money again.
Please take down your review because this watch is not has you presented it. It is worthless, inaccurately described and falsely reviewed.

I put the above on the review Website hence the wording... I'm a patient person, But trust me avoid this company, Avoid it's dishonest representation and don't part with your hard earned and cash. And if you do buy it, you're never going to get your money back it's too expensive to repost... And would you want to give your Financial details to such a company
