This is a disreputable company with poor quality merchandise
The staff have no integrity handling customer complaints and no intention of treating customers with any sort of satisfactory resolution

Stupidly I believed the high rating on the Bestreviews site and didn't check here first. I sent cancellation request 20 mins after ordering. Followed up with an email. I got a message saying was in transit. My credit card company says I can dispute the amount if I don't receive watch in 3 days. They also advise if I receive it I can return to Worcester address, not China and do not have to pay international postage and charges. I I'll do this dispute next week and see how I get on. Next time I will check Trust Pilot. Lesson learned.

If I could put a minus stars I would. Rogue company. Do not buy from them.
They send wrong colour and faulty items and then expect you to pay for returns to china even though they advertise from the address they are UK.
They will offer compensation of 5, then 10 percent hoping you will keep the item and grind you down so you get bored and let them win.
If you do chargeback then they offer 50 percent for you to cancel and no doubt never repay you.

Save yourself some money and use trusted sites.

So so so wish I had read the reviews, went on Google and looked up the top 10 watches, this one came up so trusted it and just brought. It's faulty, screen gets stuck between swipes and touch screen doesn't work; my only response from them was telling me how to set it up 🙄🤦‍♀️😖; after sending proof of faulty they are no longer responding ! DO NOT BUY!!!

Tried to cancel 15 minutes after ordering received an email 2 days later saying I was too late.
Returned it unopened they keep fobbing me off no sign of any refunds.

I honestly wish I had read these reviews first. The one star is because I wasn't allowed to leave zero stars. This company are firstly not UK based as the name LuxoSmart UK suggests but are based in China. You are paying £110 for a watch you could get elsewhere for £30. There is nothing special about it and customer service is soooooo poor.

I initially searched for GPS smartwatch and this one came out tops. I received it and it did not have GPS so I asked to return it as should be allowed in my UK consumer rights. To cut a long story short it has taken me 2 months to receive two thirds of my money back. It has been a NIGHTMARE. Even although the email address suggests it is a UK company they are based in China and once I eventually got an address it cost me £13.50 to return it. It got stuck in customs and I had no way of moving it forward and communication was so so poor with LuxoSmart UK. Roll on 2 months and I eventually received a two third refund of my outlays.

I have reported this company to Trading Standards but they just seem to be getting away with it. Buy at your peril!

I am waiting for 2 weeks now to get the watch sent back as an unwanted gift still no reply. Shocking company don't buy

After searching smart watches, I was directed to Luxo...
After 2 months I must say I'm impressed.
It does everything it's claimed to do, and more.
It's accurate with it's medical analysis, and very easy to use....
And... Charging is quick and a charge lasts me near enough 12 days....
All for £100..... What's not to like....

Absolutely terrible company. I have had to fight for weeks to try and even get the return address. They don’t care about customers, that just want your money.

I have tried to return the watch, firstly it took 20 emails to an address and now the item is stuck in customs, luxo have stopped reminding to my emails, this company should have its website blocked

Wish I had read the reviews, everyone is right, i cannot return it through the post as China does not accept anything with Batteries attached or items with MADE in China on them.
Luxosmart AI answer is to get a refund I have to return it, I have sent screenshot of China Post rules without success.
They sent another faulty watch as a replacement but as its Chinese New Year they haven't responded for 7 days so far.
Raised the dispute to Klarna but doubt anything will happen.

Do NOT buy from this company, they are unscrupulous. I wanted to send my watch back on the returns policy and they said it would cost me too much to post it back but would give me a 5% discount which is no help when the product does not do what i required. They have subsequently gone quite on me and will not respond to any e-mails

t worked for 24 hours after charging. Charged another 24hrs and later 48hrs, the watch still does not work. I let customer service know, for a collection and replacement of the watch. I wonder if they are going to be trading with a different name soon. Contacted Google and Citizen Advise UK as there has been no response from customer service.

Total Rubbish company.

Avoid at all costs, complete scam including pages giving reviews and redirection, chat links don't work, item doesn't get sent, no response from support, now instigated a debit back via credit card company...

I didn't have a problem with this company,I ordered a smart watch,then I read the reviews,I was panicking incase I shouldn't have ordered from them.i forgot too put my number on for my address and when I tried too track it.it had went back too company,customer service were great and dealt with it right away.i now have my smart watch and I'm very happy with it thank you

Like many I bought this watch and then read the reviews so was expecting the worse. I've had it 24 hours and I'm so far really pleased with it. The set up was really easy and the app is great. It syncs no problem. Yesterday I set it to yoga moda whilst I did a yoga workout and it was fine. I recorded my sleep pattern last night with no problem. So far so good. Let's hope it lasts.
The only issue is I ordered grey and I got a black strap and an extra white strap. I have asked for them to send me the grey one as ordered. Not sure I'll get it based on reviews.

Do not touch this company with barge pole. Such a scammer. Send faulty goods and then make it impossible to return. £109 down the drain for a faulty smart watch. Offer rubbish 15% refund that they say they have sent but haven't then just ignore emails. How do people get away with this? Do not buy there cheap Chinese crap.

I’ve had a bit of luck as I paid for the watch by Revolut master card and ounce I found out this was a scamming company from china I contacted Revolut who initiated a charge back from luxo
Luxo then e mail me to tell me that if I dropped my chargeback case they would send me. Back 50% so I forwarded all the stupid e mails that I got to Revolut which ended up in my favour as ive now won my case and a full refund from Revolut THANK YOU REVOLUT for the help
So people any one who’s paid by card get onto your card company and ask for a charge back hope this works for all who go down this way it’s worth a try

I’ve had the same e mails from Chinese company’s on eBay where I want to return an item and they try the same move offering you a discount if you keep you faulty item and always signed KARLEY ARE SMITH GOOD LUCK EVERY ONE
