Jason and Marius were dealt a poor hand by the guys back at branch who failed to follow the delivery instructions. After some teething problems the gentlemen persevered and made a successful delivery. Jason was skilled in calming a fraught situation and his personable, respectful and solutions led approach saved the day.

Jason and Catlin delivered a sofa and bench to our home this morning. They called me half hour before to let me know they were half hour away. Very polite and very professional. They delivered, unpacked, removed rubbish, checked the sofa was sitting comfortable, spent time putting felt cushions on the legs to prevent scratches, and were amazing. They could have just delivered, unpacked and left. But they did a lot more than that. Went above and beyond, including moving the older sofa to a different floor/room to make space for the new one. Very happy with the delivery and service.
