Better customer services needed
Over the moon that I found the perfect coffee table. Ordered it straight away. Then nothing, no communication on dates of delivery, no returned emails or phone calls for weeks. Each phone number I tried was not picked up and the voicemail system was full and not taking anymore messages. I was really becoming concerned about whether my item would actually turn up. I even googled the company to find out if they were still running or if I had been scammed. As it turns out everything was in hand and my coffee table was delivered by 2 brilliant diligent delivery drivers. I had nothing to worry about. But I just didn't know that. Maybe better customer services would help enormously. I love my new coffee table

Furniture i ordered was excellent and delivered on time.
Although your gays did not take out them from boxes and left it unpacked and uninstalled. That was a surprise considering the fact that console table needed to be installed and mirror needed to be hanged on the wall. I spent additional time and money to find people who would do it for me.
