They have had my money since April. Still no delivery of my Dining room table

I’m very unhappy with my experience. First, half the order didn’t arrive. Then I had to chase the delivery team and the client services team continuously. No one ever reverted back after for an update after telling me every time I called that they would update me. Finally when the balance order was delivered the bed came damaged and was returned I tried to call client services many many times but no one picked up the phone In fact I’m still trying to get in touch with them re a replacement

I placed an order 10 days ago for a single chair, this company has taken my money and failed to give me a delivery date. I have emailed twice and I am still waiting for a reply, any reply!!!!

I ordered a footstool for collection as I didn’t want to pay £39 for delivery. However, there was no information about where I collect from. I emailed customer services and am still waiting for a reply. I called and told I could only collect Monday to Friday, notwithstanding the showroom is open in the weekends. I work so this was difficult so I asked about delivery charges and was told £70. I’m sure the product will be great when I actually get hold of it. Information and service poor.

The delivery team (Costco, Soufyan, Masih and Victor) were super helpful and careful. Delivering a big sofa through a small and awkward space they took all the efforts to deliver the piece safely while making sure that nothing in the space (walls, ceiling, other pieces of furniture) is caught or damaged by accident. Big thank you!

I have just had my large sofa delivered by Razvan, Costi, Marius & Cathlin - a great team. They rang me to say they were on their way with an accurate ETA, they were punctual, polite, efficient and professional. A great delivery team and a five star experience. Thank you.

Possibly I was unlucky, but I had a dreadful experience with this company. I placed an order for products which were shown as being available for immediate delivery. I then phoned several times over the course of a week to try and arrange a delivery date, but could either not get through to anyone on the phone and just got voicemails, or when I eventually did speak to someone I was promised a call back which didn’t happen. Eventually I managed to get through to the warehouse and arrange the delivery direct. When the furniture arrived it was damaged, which was photographed by the delivery men so that there was no doubt about the issue. I then tried to telephone the company again to try and resolve the damage issue, but every time I got through to anyone they said it wasn’t their department, and promised me a call back. This went on for several weeks until I eventually tracked down an email for their CEO and emailed him directly. He never replied, but eventually somebody from the company did call me and try to resolve the problem. They offered me a visit from somebody to repair the furniture but couldn’t give me any dates. In the meantime they were asking me to keep the furniture wrapped up and unused. All in all a very frustrating experience which ended up with me just excepting a small partial refund as I just needed it to be finished with. I would not recommend this company on the basis of my experience.

I had very bad experience with LUXSALE. They do not communicate effectively with me. I kept calling them in order to chase them about my order. Still I have not received my order or refund. Very disappointed.
