Lux in name only in terms of service unfortunately. The items themselves once they finally arrived were satisfactory (the ones that were not damaged at least). The lack of communication and hassle to get the broken items replaced was really poor. I had to email and phone for weeks. Everything was at my inconvenience and overall the time wasted was not worth it.

Delivery came a little later than expected as the items were listed as immediately available.
Good communication from the team regarding delivery times and the delivery crew (Costi and Ioannis) were professional, friendly and really helpful in placing the furniture in the right areas.
The team also put me in touch with a professional who could install large artwork, this was most appreciated.
