Service was good at the start..
Service was good at the start... got good discounts, friendly attitude from the sales staff. Its what you would expect after spending more than £30K at the shop.
When it came to refund for items that I have not even picked up from the store, its gone severely down. Its been 1 month!, and I still have no money. No response to calls or messages.
Ordered two rugs, paid for both straight up as was advised its available in stock. One rug came in with huge stains on it, the other didnt arrive at all...was advised it couldn't be located.
Was promised sofa will come with cushions matching the furniture, no cushions arrived.
Was charged £500 for design of the room, which currently has no sofa, no rugs, chosen painting also had to be taken away as was too big for the wall.

Appalling customer service
It has been month and half since cancelling my order. I am still waiting for the refund. Call always goes to answer machine and emails not being answered. Customer service is ver very disappointing.
Another order for sofa, chairs and dining chairs were received and they are quality products and delivery team was good.

Great recovery from an almost bad…
Great recovery from an almost bad delivery situation to Canary Wharf. Demonstrated real help and consideration for the circumstances. Spoke to a lady that had been there for over 10years and knew what empathy was. Moreover the actual delivery people / company was 'exceptional' in terms of professionalism. Tip given. Product [sofa] is excellent.

Beautiful chest of drawers
This is a beautiful chest of drawers, well made and with plenty of storage. It enhances the bedroom. The delivery drivers Mariusz and Costi did an excellent job unpacking it and taking the packaging away. All in all an excellent service from start to finish
