We are sorry for what happened but we do not sent unsolicited shipments.
If you did not visited our website, filled out your details and completed the order process, we urge you to file a case of identity fraud with the police. We are very willing to provide any technical information about the order the police would need for their investigation. If we were a scam company, we would not point you in this direction.
Within 30 minutes of placing the order, a confirmation email is sent to the email address that is provided - which gives you the opportunity to contact us and dispute the order or cancel the link yourself through the link provided in the email. A shipment confirmation was sent out as well. We did not receive any communication from you until the second reminder and hence could not take any earlier action.
If you sent the copy of the police report of identity fraud to our customer service email, we will be able to continue the solution process.
They don't deserve any star rating …
They don't deserve any star rating absolute scam nothing better to do that make threats to people saying they placed orders but haven't nor received any of there goods absolutely disgusting they need closing down.
I've had emails letters saying I've placed a order when I never have and I see they copy and paste there replys on here nothing but scum !!

Few weeks ago I just simply click in and then fill up my name and address just to check for the price. While, in the last step of payment I did not click anything. There are no button of ''PAY LATER'' or what! I close down the web. I thought the order was cancel!
Well.... today i receive it with 30 stock of blackhead killer?! I din order also... it cost me RM339.60 ??!!!
It is totally a scam company!!!
I will ask the post to send back all the product! I wont pay for anything!!
If needed I will asked my lawyer to sue this company!

First of all i did not order this sort of thing.
When i put my name and my address and i just want to check on the price. Later i got an email that saying that i purchased a 30 stock of blackhead killer!! This is making me nuts you know!! I'm a student. And how can i search for Myr 339?!!! The shipping and postage cost is myr 40?! What kind of crap is this?
I did not order such a thing in first place.
Also it doesn't have a 'pay later' button but i got the email saying that i choose to pay later!.
I need to tell my parents to search for a lawyer so that i can sue this kind of company.
BE CAREFUL FOR ALL PEOPLE OUT THERE!

Well known on the internet, Google them and have a look on Facebook.
They send unsolicited goods to children then follow up with invoices and late payment fees. Then they threaten legal advice and cause masses of undue stress to innocent people.
They report all the negative reviews on here too, for not having an order number, I have one but wont provide it as I will not interact with these any more after taking legal advice.
Google the name and The European Consumer Centre Finland
I see that they have given the standard cut and paste reply below after trying to have my review pulled. So there will be many, many more bad reviews taken down by their tactics.
Do not listen to the threats in the emails/post they will then send demanding payment for the unsolicited goods, they just send standard replies and then add on late payment fees.
Once again I urge you to Google these people and take the advice of not paying for unsolicited goods. Ignore the then following threats of court (in my case, sent to a 13 year old child!), block their emails and return any post marked 'return to sender'.
