I am really satisfied...

It's nice and simple to apply .

I find it nice and useful .it makes my skin clean ,bright and softer .I feel good for used this mask. But after I used it i need to apply same oil or cream .

This is a scam i did not order the items looked online whilst browsing I PUT MY NAME AND ADRESS and they sent me 30 odd face masks today through the post, which i 100% did not order. it is saying i need to pay £84 within 14 days i have contacted them to sort this out i cannot believe this. i am not paying for postage! they can send me a prepaid postage to send to denmark from the uk. If I need to i will get a lawyer to defend me and sue them to sort this company out as they have scammed so many people its ridiculous. I have asked for a replacement order but not yet been sent one

Scam

Totally unacceptable , I had a look at one of their products while browsing Facebook , when I clicked they required me to fill some of my details in order to be able to have a look at the products, I did that and it wasn't saying anywhere that is an order or anything similar, I just had a look 1 min at the products and closed the page, after a few weeks I receive a package and an invoice that said I have to pay 40£. I send them an email thinking is a mistake , they said that I have to pay since I placed the order ( which is a lie ) , I told them I won't pay and I will return the products untouched but they will have to pay postage as it is not my fault. They have not responded and now I just received another letter saying I have to pay a late fee, or they will contact a local law firm, that I look forward to since I know my rights and they won't be able to do anything.
Also nice played for removing all the bad reviews for not having a order number.

LUX STYLE IS A SCAM

This company is a complete scam company.
I was looking for they product in stylelux.co.uk, but change my mind when i viewed the price.
There was no option to "pay later" or similar witch i can accidentally press
I did not ordered anything but a few weeks later, I received a package in the mail and today a letter "Important! Avoid debt collection now"

All prices are shown upfront on our website Stylelux.co.uk. In order to place an order, you first need to add the items you requested to your shopping cart and click the Check Out button. There is an overview of the items in your shopping cart and the total costs.

In the next screen, you receive an overview of the products and shipping costs again. You can fill out the delivery address, select a Payment method and accept the Terms and Conditions. If no payment is received, the order is shipped per invoice, unless cancelled.

Our team manager will contact you on the provided e-mail address to find a fitting solution for you.

LUX STYLE IS A SCAM

I did not subscribe to any payment, I simply filled out my home address and email address just so i could view their products. I decided i didn't want to buy anything so I exited the page.

The morning after i received an invoice saying that my items have been shipped and in 14 days i will be charged £84.40. I cannot find any contact number for them and I'm worried that i will be automatically charged this amount every month!! I am a 19 year old student and i can't afford to be paying this every month for a stupid product that i didn't even order.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP, I do not want the product, i do not want to be charged and i do not want any further or monthly orders with this brand!!

Couldn't give minus stars!!

I have had exactly the same experience as the majority of people on here. I have received countless threatening emails telling me I owe them a small fortune for an order I didn't place and which they are unable to send me a copy of.
They have told me to go to the police and file a report for identity misuse, they have added more costs on than the overpriced product was originally priced at and they have attempted to frighten me into sending them money for nothing by threatening me with court and numerous other really 'scary' things.
They don't have a leg to stand on, they send unsolicited goods, invoice you manually because they don't have enough information to take money from you and can not prove any orders.
We did not enter into a contract and they are fully aware of their despicable actions.
I have sent my final email to them and any further contact with me will be considered harassment.
The advice I have been given is to ignore and block them and they will stop.

Second, we do not have a full name or a reference number from you so we cannot comment much on this case or get in contact with you over e-mail.

We can inform you that we do not send unsolicited goods. All orders are placed by visiting one of our web pages and finishing the order process.

Our customer support has provided you the option to file a case of identity fraud with the authorities. If our intentions were malicious, we would not direct you to the authorities to make a report.

Unfortunately, the invoices will remain open in the mean time as long as we have not receive a report or the goods in return.

We apologies for the inconvenient situation and hope that we can come to a resolution.

Very bad experience with Luxstyle

I was going to buy products from them, but I hesitated so I didn't go through to place the order and then it leaded to the page to fill up my infor, I thought it was a join member page, but once I left my address it has confirmed the order, so I emailed the customer service right away tell them to cancel, but no one reply at all. Then I received the products in such a short time..so I returned it to them even attached tracking number and post office recipes on 18th Nov 2016, then they sent a payment recipe in end of January 2017, and when I contacted them, they said they not received it..and I end up paid for it, but I'll never buy anything from them ever again in my life.
P.S. I don't mind to upload my order detail and returned recipe, so please don't bother to report me as I'm telling the truth. And I would choose no star if that's an option.

The order page also states "Where do you want us to send your order" and makes no mention of signing up for a membership or creation of an account. If you believe that this message is unclear, please let us know how we can improve on this matter.

Definitely a keeper!!

Today, I tried this mask for the first time and I am definitely keeping this in my regime. It worked like a dream and my skin is soft as a babies bum!! All of my black heads and white heads are out and my skin just feels so fresh. I used two packages and put the mask on my chin and down towards my neck area as well. Fantastic results!! I will definitely be placing another order, so I can use this mask on a regular basis!!

Review Blackhead Killer Mask

After using the blackhead killer mask my face felt really soft. Which I really like. Unfortunately the mask didn't get rid of all my dirty black heads. Which is bit disappointing. Overall fine product to just give your face a boost.

Fantastic product

Works a treat. I'm so pleased with my new lashes. So much better than ones that keep having to be renewed. Use it every night and got some for a friend too.

Wow..this stuff really works! After a couple of weeks the difference was without a doubt noticedable.!! I recommended the product to a couple of friends right away, they ordered QuickMax same day!

In the last communication with our customer service, which dates from December, you specify that you did not receive your product. We have requested you to sign a document which allows us to start an investigation with the postal services and close the invoice.

It is not clear whether you finally have received the products or not. In order to solve this case for you, we have gone ahead and closed the invoice. You can ignore the payment reminders.

If you did receive the products, we would like to request that you send them back to us, as they are unpaid, or make a payment.
