They should be -0- Ratting

I just went to their website and filled up my information after I deiced cancel my order and I dint put any payment information, but they send me their product plus a invoice which I have to pay them $94!!!!! they using my personal information with out any confirmation !!!!

unwanted delivery, forced pay

I am not happy at al with the way they work at all.
When looking at an advert on Facebook, I clicked on the website of Luxstyle, and first I Wanted to order the product they offered. BUT after reading online that I shouldnt trust the product and this company, I canceled my order. So they had my name and address but NO order. 4 days later they deliver and just ad a bill to the package.

They offered to send me the package back. But only to a adress in Denmark. Sending a package from Belgium to Denmark is equal or even higher then the cost of the product, so I asked them, because they delivered a product without me asking for it, what a solution is so I dont have the HIGH cost of sending a unwanted package back.

All the previous reviews are blocked by Luxstyle because they don't want other potential costumers to know what kind of company they are. They deliver WITHOUT asking, than ad a bill to it, with a message that if you don't pay, it goes to COURT. They don't handle things like other companies do.

We have updated our order process to include a pop-up where you have to agree to our terms and conditions and that shows the full price, including delivery and potential invoice fees. It is made clear that pressing this button confirms your order.

Because no valid e-mail address was provided at the time, our system could not deliver an automated confirmation e-mail.

We offered you the option to send the products back so you did not have to pay the invoice, but you turned this offer down.

As you have decided on keeping the product and making a payment, we have now issued a refund of the late fees that occurred as a result of an extended period of non-payment. As we did not receive the goods in return, we cannot issue a full refund.

We believe that we have handled this case to the best of our ability and find it unfortunate that we are not able to meet your expectations with the service that we provided.

I looked at a product from this company and to do so you had to enter personal details then they send the product without you ordering. I returned the product as instructed by the company Luxstyle International

BE CAREFUL

Sent me unsolicited products. I didnt complete and pay for the order so they sent me an invoice with the products. They are refusing to pay for me to return them and seeing as they charged me over £6 to post them to me I don't see why I should have to pay £6 for something didn't order or want in the first place

Luxstyle DO NOT ENTER INFO ON WEBSITE

I looked at there blackhead removal cream. I had to enter personal info just to get to price. Witch was way over priced !! I did not order the product A few weeks they send me sample packs ( worth 2$ on wish) with a bill to 35$. And a 10 late charge . Now another bill MORE LATE PAYMENT FEES with threats of collection agencies. I Did Not Order There Product !!!!! Do not even look at there site !!! ALSO KNOW AS stylelux

Lux Style Lux International Sales Shipped and billed me for item I browsed but never ordered

after I registered in their website internet Odense
I visited Lux Style website and browsed, To get the pricing, I needed to be registerd. Realizing the high cost, I left their website.
I then received an e-mail from Lux Style that my ordere has been shipped to me. I e-mailed them right away that I never ordered the product.
The product was shipped to me with the bill ignoring my response. They refused and asked me to pay to avoid legal debt collection case.

I DIDN'T EVEN ORDER

I received an email with an invoice attached with my correct name, and email address, the rest of the information was incorrect. This has been an ongoing process since the 25 October and now they are threatening me with the debt collectors! This is obviously a fault at their end, and along with the terrible customer service, i am being offered no resolution but to pay for products i have never purchased nor received.
I would never recommend dealing with this company, i could imagine how awful it it would be if somebody actually purchased a product from them!

I dont want your product

I saw the ads on facebook. I clicked, and was curious to see the price. So i followed through the filling in of particulars and address, and upon seeing the total price, i exit out without clicking on any payment! A few weeks later, the product came to my doorstep, in SINGAPORE, and they demanded a freaking payment! What the helllllll?? I dont want your stuffs!! How do i return it back???

Funny how some reviews have been removed. Yet, ones that praise the product are left as is.

Looks like I have had the same experience as most. Clicked on link out of curiosity then BAM..... have the product sent to me. Didn't even enter any payment details and yet the send out the product (which I didn't even want). Had to pay! Otherwise, posting all the way back to sender would've cost more than their invoice. Thanks LUXSTYLE for nothing.

DO NOT LOOK AT THIS PRODUCT

The same thing happened to me, I decided I didnt want the product and obviously did not pay for it, next thing I know they send me the product and a huge invoice, and a threatening email demanding the money before they sick their debt collectors onto me and make this a legal case. Terrible customer service. I wanted to call them up and speak to someone about this but of course they do not provide a phone number.

Fantastic product !!!!

Absolutely over the moon with my purchase , my blackheads dissapeared almost instantly, but thats not all !!! I noticed my penis started to grow until it dangled well below my knees and suddenly crazy hot bitches were running up to me in the streets begging for the D . This product changed my life , will you let it change yours ?

Very bad company

I just wanted to check out the product and it costed too much so I cancelled order but they end up shipping it and they said I have to pay $85.98 for two products that I didn't even want. I tried contacting them but they don't answer my question they just send the same stupid response every time. And I wanted to send it back but it's going to cost me $22 just to post it back, why should I pay if I didn't even want it. So I'm going to just ignore them. TERRIBLE

Is this bad communication or something more sinister?

I looked at their site via facebook, got to the checkout, decided against ordering product and thought no more of it. Parcel arrived with invoice adding extra because they had to send product without payment. I returned goods same day. Company is now telling me they did not receive goods and it is my responsibility to ensure goods are returned. I am being threatened with legal action. I did not complete order because I have very sensitive eyes and can't even use mascara. I believe the company is overstepping buyer/seller agreement because i did not complete the order.I would definitely not recommend any products from this site.
