The journey from Rotorua was on time…
The journey from Rotorua was on time and comfortable. The driver was competent and communicative. She advised us we would be stopping in Tīrau for a change of coach but that we would also be having a comfort/coffee stop at Taupiri, which we looked forward to. The second driver was also competent but there was no communication and we drove straight paste Taipei. That was disappointing! Otherwise good service and communication from the company on the whole. We shall use again

Fabulous Service
The Driver was fabulous, courteous, organised and efficient.
I had a bad experience with Air NZ and I just really needed to get home. I got off the flight, through customs and was on the shuttle by 6.30pm and home before 9.30pm - fabulous.

You picked me up from Hamilton airport…
You picked me up from Hamilton airport when apparently you don’t offer service here , although you did accept my booking . Shame you couldn’t deliver me back for return trip . Hopefully you do offer shuttle too and from Ham airport in future .
