Wrong drop off location
We were dropped off at Domestic Airport instead of the International Auckland Airport, hence we had to walk around. It was late already when we stepped out of the car, and discovered it was wrong.

Completely wrong information
Firstly, they got the arrival booking incorrect so I sent an email to correct it. When I arrived back in NZ I received a text from someone to say they were there to collect me from the airport just after I landed. I had no idea where this person was from because he didn’t say what company he was from, just a first name. Problem is, my booking was for me to be picked up from my hotel at 8am. I therefore assumed that the text was from the hotel shuttle. Turns out, the person who sent the text was given the wrong information even after I corrected the office. So much confusion unnecessarily and in the middle of the night. Not happy!

Excellent service
I’m very happy with the service. I received a message well ahead of my arrival with the information about the driver and where he was going to be located. The driver was waiting for me at the airport. He was very kind and professional. Excellent service overall. I will definitely use this service again.

Awesome were a life saver
You were a life saver, after my delayed flights and canceled flights, to come through arrival doors and find your driver, I asked if he could fit me on board, he was so helpful, then lady he rang to book me, 10 out of 10. The relief knowing I was going home, not having to stay in Auckland and flying next day was huge.
