Great customer service, great flooring and very competitive prices.when I had our delivery we were one box short after emailing luxury flooring a box was sent within days .A big thank you to luxury flooring.

I ordered a product that was never shipped. No one contacted me at any point, and despite multiple attempts to reach the seller, I received no response. Due to the lack of communication and failure to deliver the product, I had to open a dispute. This appears to be a scam. Please be careful and avoid this company.

Regarding your response to my review, I have confirmation from my bank showing that you did not contact them and that the refund was issued by the bank, not by you. The order was cancelled only after I opened a dispute, but no refund was provided by you directly. I received my money back more than one month later.
If necessary, I can provide screenshots from my bank to confirm how this situation was handled and how it was ultimately resolved.

Stay well clear. Cowboy company. Use delay tactics to get out of refunds and replacements. Ordered £750 worth of flooring from these jokers. The first batch arrived broken and chipped in some packs. Colour was different to pics. So I sent it back. Ordered different ones and contacted customer care and told them PLEASE TELL YOUR DRIVERS TO TAKE CARE as i dont want to recieve broken flooring again. Low and behold I recieve them and 3-4 packs are chipped and broken!! I contacted them and sent them pictures of each pack broken. They ignored it. They claimed they want pictures one by one in one shot. Ludicrous! I send them. Months go by no response! I contact them again. They claim they havent recieved pics. I send again. Ignored. Months continue to roll by. Now nearly a year has passed of no contact. Finally they reply saying ‘ ohhh sorry we havent recieved any contact from you, but as it’s past the 30 days we can’t help you but issue a refund for 3 floorboards, thats like bloody £10 or something?? ’. I tell them just send me replacements for the ones that are broken. They refused. I suppose i should have stayed well clear after recieving the first batch broken. Hope someone else can read my review and learn from this! They do not care about customer needs even in the slightest!

Great from start to finish - wide range of free samples and allowed more than 3 which is always helpful! Ordering was quick and easy and an additional discount was given if you order through the customer service team. Some boxes were damaged during delivery but the team quickly sent out replacements and they were with me two days after the original delivery date - (thanks to Paul for organising this) Also I think it's great they provide customer with fitting guides - really helpful! Would 100% use again - thank you

Recently ordered laminate flooring from Luxury Floor Sales, after noting that my chosen product was cheaper here than anywhere else. Ordering was straight forward, delivery was prompt, and I was kept up to date with delivery notifications. My floor had now been laid, and I'm delighted with the finished product. Would recommend.

The flooring was reasonably priced, yet looks better than the more expensive brands I ordered samples from.
The natural look of white oak laminate flooring 12mm is absolutely stunning with grains.
It has been admired by the installation contractors, family and friends.

Great service - good contact with the company, quick reply to messages, requested samples arrived in few days. Once ordered panels arrived in 2 days (sooner than estimated). If that was possible I would deduct half of a star as there is no option to pay via website as with most of companies but suppose that comes with additional fees that would make it less competitive. All in all very happy with service and flooring. Thanks!

I deduct one star as no response to emails after the product was sold and delivered - I suppose if you expect some help after purchase, you look elswhere.

Spoke to someone on live chat and they were very helpful in telling me which product I need and how many boxes I needed to order. Quick delivery and most affordable flooring online, which in these times is what we need!

There was no tracking available & delivery was attempted with no pre-advice. It took a further 2 weeks for the order to be delivered & when it did arrive the driver had delivered part of my order elsewhere. Although he admitted it was his fault his attitude was shocking & he was determined that his other deliveries were to take priority over ours, all he could say was we’d have to wait for re delivery, which was no use to us with the fitter being booked the following day.

Found the flooring I wanted at a competitive price. Dealt with promptly and very pleased as most suppliers were out of stock.

Delivery came within a week and the driver was helpful, though didn’t expect him to arrive at 10pm.

Great customer service and great prices! I would definitely recommend this shop.
