Choosing USPS as carrier for
an internationall purchaser is not a happy choice and offering no alternative is even sadder. My ordered item is still in USA and has been shipped already three weeks ago. For the same price a more professional carrier would have done the job sooner and the customer (me in this case) would have been much happier. Really I have no idea of the condition of my item since it is taking too long to deliver :(

I always receive pleasant email updates from LGS regarding new items, items on sale etc. I had wanted a particular handbag was looking at all resale luxury online including LGS. I replied to one of the email (from my consignment rep) asking for this item and they had just received one pretty close to the color I was looking for, it was not online yet being that it had come in recently. The consignment representative sent me pics and gave me info on condition of handbag. I presented an offer the CR got back to me from the owner of item and I purchased bag. Received few days later and love the bag its brand new as far as I can tell in perfect condition got a pretty good deal on it and I'm happy.

Gabriela is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. She sent me extra pictures and videos of the Louis Vuitton Noe bag I purchased. The bag is as exactly as pictured.

I recently purchased a heavily used and damaged vintage chanel mini. The customer service was excellent and the person who helped me via instagram direct message was EXTREMELY helpful. However, it was not mentioned that the bag had a strong odor and that the leather from the chain strap had come partially undone. Other than the lack of full transparency on the bag’s condition, I had a great experience with LGS.

I'm very pleased with my purchases, however I wish the description on the handbag (Louis Vuitton Speedy) was a bit more detailed. The description did not mention the bag was missing its lock. Something small like that would've been nice to know beforehand. However, the descriptions of the condition and the pictures were great, and accurate. I loved the personalized email I received after making my purchase, but would've really liked to know when my order was being processed and shipped out, as opposed to just getting a tracking number after the items were already shipped out. That's a minor preference for someone like me, who shops online a lot is used to with other vendors and would've liked to see here as well. Both items came packaged very well, and arrived safely. I would've liked seeing maybe something like LGS printed replacement dustbags if originals aren't available, like other consignment and resale sites such as The Real Real provides. I thought everything LGS offered was priced fairly and was really impressed to see I could use an online zero interest payment plan with LGS. That makes them stand out compared to other resale sites. I'll definitely be doing business with them again, but I'll probably ask any specific item questions I may have prior to purchasing if it's not already noted in the description.
