Just received the heavy steel watch bracelet. When I say heavy it took 2 postmen to deliver it. Honestly, the item is amazing quality. I bought it to go on a 46mm (bit of a monster) dive watch and wanted something really substantial to go with it. The product absolutely plays the part.
The delivery was swift and came with a really nice letter thanking me for my purchase. If you're a fellow watch geek and love swapping and switching straps and bracelets then definitely give these guys a go.

I bought a leather strap for a planet ocean when the strap arrived it’s not a fitted strap as shown in the photo,when I contacted them they said they would correct the photo which they haven’t ,they did offer to take the strap back but after reading reviews I decided to keep the strap,please be aware a strap marked genuine leather is the cheapest of straps omega boutique agreed on the quality so basically I received a £15 strap for £50 .False advertising cheap straps

Buyer Beware, despite accepting a return after sending defective and incorrect size straps, there has been no refund or response to the proof of postage and proof of delivery. Outrageous!!!

Great family run business. Which you find out from the personalised thank you letter which they include with your order. A nice quality touch I think. The strap I ordered was quality and delivered well packaged and on time. I will be giving this company my ongoing support as I think they care. Highly recommend.

I wanted a replacement leather strap that was rugged but glamorous enough to complement my watch and after some searching on and offline, boom!! Love at first sight and at a great price too. Only gripe would be that the strap is too long and some choice would have been nice. However, being leather I can apply my handywork. Love it!

My review is mainly based on customer service, not the product (although the product price point is inflated and you can find the same quality for cheaper at thestraptailor.com or thrifty gentleman).

Firstly I ordered the wrong colour of a watch strap - completely my fault. So when I emailed the same email that is linked on this profile, asking for advice on returning/exchanging - I had no reply for 3 days. On the fourth day I decided to find a different way of contacting John via the online web chat.

I finally had a response from John, however the replies were very slow, once I said I was a bit disappointed with the customer service I was met with a defensive and passive tone explaining that he’s dealing with a serious family emergency. I told John I was sincerely sorry to hear this but it was almost like a “how dare you accuse me of bad customer service even though I am not providing a good service” when at the end of the day, you have a business to run - if the website is still running and you are still happy to take money off of customers then you need to find someone to also support the customer service side of things. Customers can’t read your mind they don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes. I then had to keep chasing for my refund and finally got it in the end after an exhausting experience.

For me, customer service is imperative, if you can't get that right, the product won't save your business...

My review is nothing personal but whether you are a big business or a small family run business, You have customers to support and if you don’t really care about doing that then close the website down in the meantime.

Arrived super fast and was as advertised. 2nd time buying from the seller.

They wrote a personalised note on the order which was sent recorded delivery next day. I also received a follow-up email saying thank you. In terms of responsiveness for a £10 order not sure you get that most places so no idea why a lot of 1* star reviews on here.

Order placed on 24th October with this company and still no delivery, two weeks later.

From their Terms and Conditions, 'Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses takes between 3-5 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays'. At the latest I should have received it by the 31st (Last Friday).

Contacting them by phone is impossible (I'd have better luck contacting my Father who's been dead for 4 years) and the web portal is a farce. It says my order has been fulfilled - It hasn't. Fulfilled would mean I have received what I paid for, not merely that you have dispatched it.

As for tracking, why use a service that actually has no tracking whatsoever apart from when the goods are attempted to be delivered? Tracked 24 or 48 would be perfectly adequate, but instead you have used a 'Signed For' service. Its feasible that an item has been lost after posting, but because it is not a fully tracked service, it will forever be in transit awaiting a delivery. Convenience by coincidence maybe?

Emails go unanswered and no customer service so I've resorted to seeking a refund via my Bank.

Hugely disappointing, my first and last time dealing with this company.

Caveat Emptor.

Absolutely first class, a genuine gentlemen of the highest order I cannot recommend this great small business highly enough to anybody that needs a watch strap. The level of Customer Service is absolutely unparalleled and I would recommend a UK business providing the service rather than the cheap Chinese import crap that consistently disappoints please support a UK business on a person of the highest integrity that will provide you with a level of service Above And Beyond.
