two straps with buckles
I ordered two straps with buckles and after order I saw they sold a strap removal tool which when I asked for a way to add and pay for it to be added, John and Michelle kindly supplied the tool free of charge. Great customer service from start to finish.
The purchase process and communication with them was always fast and efficient.
The goods arrived in good time with no issues and exactly as per pictures on site.
I can highly recommend dealing with them.
I certainly will again in the future if I need more straps.
Like can one ever have enough straps! 😁

Need a quality strap, look no further.
I ordered a replacement butterfly/deployment clasp strap for my Tissot and then after a few days of not hearing whether the strap had been despatched I began to worry and searched for reviews, which are few and far between and not all positive. However I need not have worried as the strap arrived via Royal Mail a few days later, well packaged and in good condition, The strap is of good quality leather (with pins) and the deployment clasp works smoothly and appears well constructed and at 50% less than the price Tissot charge, a bargain! A pleasant thank you letter rounded it off.
So, all in all I am very pleased with my purchase and fully recommend Luxury Watch Straps!

Brilliant company and good service, slight hiccup with the strap I ordered but Michelle resolved it and got me the correct strap sent out.

No strap and out of pocket
I purchased a leather strap for my Breitling watch but ordered the wrong size, I emailed them and they replied saying no problem just returned the strap and they will send the right size. This was 3rd Dec 22 it’s now 21st Dec 22 and no delivery of my strap and they don’t reply to my emails. They have kept my money as well even though I have now asked for a refund.
STAY clear of this company 😡😡😡😡

Royal Mail were having a number of strikes during this period and also had a cyber attack from Russia which affected our posting out. I rearranged your strap delivery through Fed Ex with Parcel2Go tracking P2G110885694 and it was delivered. You have neglected to mention this in your review. I note, out of interest, Nigel that you leave negative reviews for not winning in prize draws too!
