Update - the delivery is being made this afternoon - a week after I ordered. Not what was agreed. I've tried stopping it unsuccessfully. The first I knew it was coming was last night. Very disruptive and disappointing.

Website was simple to access, choice of product clear and ordering process easy to use and place order.

Very happy with the service and product from this company; my third order now and I can thoroughly recommend them

First time Buyers!
Brought Hornbeam - burning great but fast.
This was an easy order - just over the 10 days but it was ordered in the Christmas holiday period - which was fine.
Was told the delivery people would email and make contact before delivery was made - this wasn’t the case - had 2 emails at the same time - 1 saying it will be delivered and the other at the same time saying it’s been delivered - so had no clue the delivery was being made until it was here and had been signed for. Delivery driver was very helpful and his service was brilliant- that makes it a lot easier - he put the pallet on the driveway where we asked for it to be put.
Overall the wood was a mixed large medium and small even scrap bits which I can use as Kindling. So overall I gave 4 stars just due to the communication side of it. Will buy again when needed - Thank you - for new buyers a discount would be good if you brought a second time to keep the custom. Overall all a happy customer 👍.

The wood was delivered ok and on time.
However, it was not as dry as they stated. This was determined by carrying out a dampness check with my conductivity meter and also by the fact it isn’t burning very well in the log burner.
Wont be buying from this company again as they misrepresent their product by saying its dry kilned and below 20% and ready to burn.

Website is clear and informative on all information relating to the product, maybe slightly more expensive than other suppliers but I find the quality of their logs to be better

The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery prompt with the pallet placed exactly where needed by the transport company
The logs are packed in convenient nets making handling and stacking a breeze.
They burn well with good heat output.

First time I've tried these logs, and I'm amazed they last so long. Easy to split, so I use half a log at a time, because they swell up in the log burner. I bought a full pallet, so I reckon I'm sorted for the rest of the winter.

Always high quality logs, no scrappy stuff, good crates for kindling as well .

Great Company, friendly staff, went beyond the normal bad customer service you experience elsewhere and what I have had in the past from White Horse Energy. I have tried pretty much all the major
log delivery companies, Lekto area joke!! Lekto are very expensive. I found these guys are the best for the value and range of logs too. This is the 3rd time I have ordered two crates of the Hornbeam, as that has the biggest producing heat, not many people sell it and I like that these guys do.

Charged me twice as their payment process requires you to login to PayPal twice if you want to use PayPal. I contacted them straight away and they basically don’t want to take any responsibility for it. Very poor response, no apology or anything for their poorly designed site.

The crate of kiln-dried wood was packed to the brim. Individual logs varied considerably in size but that is fine as it meant there were virtually no gaps. Took 2 hours to unload and restack, and my log stores are now full to the roof!

I ordered over 30 sleepers from them, and when they arrived I could see immediately that they were rubbish. Covered in mould, one was absolutely riddled right through with fungal growth, some had areas of rot, many had bark remains in which mould was growing. I returened more than 50% for replacements, but had to return 14 of those as well! Even after that they were still poor quality. I left them to dry, and ecvery single one is now full of splits, cup and end shakes, mould, and several are more like bananas than sleepers. They are absolutely useless for making raised beds as they cannot be laid without huge gaps. I should have rejected the lot. They are clearly cut and immediately tightly bundled whilst still wet, so get no chance to season. DO NOT buy sleepers from this company.

Dont think you are getting 2m3 of wood if you order a crate of 2m3! You'll actually get about 1.3. They sell as a crate, but you actually get 2m3 as if it were in a bag loose. Misleading advertising. You dont know how big that bag wouldve been
