International order received with great care in packing and arrived within a week! *****
Lovely to deal with customer service crew as there were changes to the order and they were very kind and happy to adjust accordingly and keep me informed.

Fantastic service & Amazing goods!

Fantastic products and incredible service!! My items were unfortunately damaged and my heart sank but Luxware rectified my issue and sent my replacement within a week!! The quality of the items were impeccable!! Highly recommend these guys!!!

Honestly i love the dinner set but the…

Honestly i love the dinner set but the plates are really small And the bowls.
I wanted to return it but when i read the return policy I’ve decided it’s wiser jus to count my loss and keep it as i will have to pay to return it on my own risk or registered mail and that will be costly so am stuck with it.

DREADFUL COMPANY AND PRODUCTS IN TERRIBLE CONDITION.

DO NOT BUY!! I placed an order of just under £200.00 for two dinner service sets, I was moving house so I had a quick look in the boxes when delivered which were well packaged, so I made the mistake of the assumption they would be ok. To my disappointment, both sets had damages, several sent with broken sharp edges that would be dangerous to use and others were badly marked and scratched, the company have no problem in sending out goods that are in terrible condition and unusable. I informed the company, after days to reply not 24 hours as their reply suggests, they were delighted to say these are beyond the two week return point and they will not replace nor refund, I find it terribly disappointing a company that refer to themselves and their items as Luxware would provide anything but, as the packaging was soo good this would not have happened in transit. I would not recommend them nor their overpriced products.

Thank you for your feedback. Although, we have communicated our response within 24 hours of your email (as per our company standards). We are deeply sorry you feel this way, and we can appreciate that moving property can be a very difficult process. We take extreme care when sending our goods to our consumers, have placed certain protocols for our consumers to notify us in good time of any issues so that we may rectify them promptly. Our returns policy is in line with standard business practice and unfortunately we cannot replace or refund items 40 days after purchase. We need to be notified within 72 hours of the items being received of any damage for exchanges or refunds.

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased a Karaca Tea Maker from Luxware Ltd, at fisrt there was some issues and contacted customer service. Luxware Ltd customer service agents really did very good cooperation and resolved my issue very smoothly and nice, really i am very happy with customer service agents understanding and cooperation. I will buy again, and i recommend for everyone.
