I would not recommend AT ALL
I would not recommend the Canary Wharf site of this clinic. The administration team leader and centre manager come across as disorganised and unprofessional in their conduct.
I have serious concerns regarding how the clinic is managed overall. The centre manager, in particular, has made inappropriate and unsettling comments towards female employees, which I found highly concerning and unacceptable.
In addition, there appears to be a lack of proper training and structure, with administrative staff taking on responsibilities that should be handled by medically qualified professionals.
Overall, the clinic seems poorly managed, and based on my experience I would never recommend it.

When spending £1000's on treatment I do not like to be 'nickel and dimed'. It shows an appalling lack of respect for clients.

The hospital is the worst my husband and I have ever been to. They tell you a fee and you pay it whether at the hospital or online through your bank and then after even months they send you very high priced additional invoices you have never known anything about. They send you these additional invoices without never telling you there are additional costs to pay. They have been trying to cheat us twice. I am writing this review so people will not go to LycaHealth in Maidstone and make the same mistake. The last invoice has arrived today, an invoice out of the blue after I paid everything already. This invoice has arrived after over 3 months from the appointment which was already paid for and all settled. Please avoid this hospital at all cost. It is a rip off

Disgusting Telephone Service
What on earth is wrong with the telephone systems at both Canary Wharf and Orpington. Phones keep cutting out, how are people supposed to get through to these places?

INCREDIBLY RUDE RECEPTION STAFF at the LycaHealth Canary Wharf - especially the blonde, full-figured lady. Started to raise her voice at me when raising ongoing issues I have experienced with the practice.
Did 3 rounds of blood tests at the clinic - ALL LOST, including after me calling to chase them several times and apparently being told ‘It will be escalated to the manager’ NOTHING EVER GETS ESCALATED.
Was recommended by my doctor to do a MRI in the same place - my mistake I did not realise it was the same place…. Same rudeness from this blonde lady - absolutely repealed by her attitude. Definitely someone who should not be behind a reception desk!

Lycahealth has the worst accounting team. The don’t bother contacting you about any outstanding payments and just pass on everything to debt collectors. Take no responsibility and are rude.
Positive review for the breast team
I have been in the clinic today. I went for a breast screen etc. I don’t remember the name of the dr. but I believe her assistant’s name was Fatima.
They were very sweat and very positive. Their vibes were so comfortable.
The whole team made me feel very good actually, very close and very friendly.
These visits are very delicate as your life can change just in a matter of seconds. Thank you.
Lycahealth Orpington Screening Services
Beware of doing a CT scan at Lycahealth Clinic Orpington. I had two CT coronary angiograms one with contrast there. My cardiologist was unable to review the images properly due to poor quality.
Warning - Don't use LYCA HEALTH
I had a CT Scan with Lyca Health Orpington on 28th July 2023 with a 1-2 day turn round time. After a huge battle and huge distress and aggravation, they eventually gave me the results on 16th August after 7pm. And that was only after I threatened legal action against them. They still refuse to refund the £495 cost.

Very easy to book and get an appointment quickly - and for a decent length of time. Excellent, sympathetic doctor who had the time to listen, reassure and prescribe appropriately. Would certainly use again.

i went here for a scan and they told me over phone on 3 different phone calls that they do direct coronal plane imaging when i arrived i was informed that they do not do direct coronal plane imaging. i am claustrophobic they did not inform me that my whole face would be covered by coil cameras. they lied about direct coronal plane imaging. from mr rothschild

Amazing doctors, consultants, nurses and staff. Top class service. Dr. Bhalani is brilliant, so caring and make you feel comfortable.
Excellent service (generally)
Dr Bhalani was 1st class throughout - very understanding and helpful. Other staff were all friendly and courteous. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because I had to chase for my results on more than one occasion. Results that were promised in 48 or even 24 hours were not sent to me, after chasing, for nearly 4 days.

I Had an MRI done recently at the clinic and the the whole process went very smooth and the doctors made me feel very relaxed during the whole procedure. They took their time explaining and helping as much as possible. The place is very clean and modern.
I recommend this clinic to anyone.
Excellent clinic
I visited Lycahealth as i had a concern with a breast lump. I was booked an appointment almost immediately and referred to see a breast consultant within a few days. On the day of the appointment i was treated with complete respect and compassion by all members of staff from the reception team to the nurses and consultant. On the day i had a scan which led to a biopsy and was guided through every step. Luckily the lump turned out to be benign and have been given advice in case of any changes.
I cannot find fault with Lycahealth and would recommend the service to my friends and family.
