On site was great but....
On site was great - 5 star service for the MRCP. I have unresolved issues with the written report. the use of "likely" and "unlikely" in otherwise identical sentences. I challenged this and I'm still waiting for a response. Plus I asked another question and no response so far.

Spinal review - initial appointments
I recently attended for a spinal complaint. Whilst treatment is not complete I am writing this in respect of the initial review and the following scan. I was treated very well, with dignity and sympathetically for the injury I'm suffering from. Everyone was very supportive, courteous and extremely helpful.
